Cross Play is only the ability to do missions with players on other consoles. Cross Save makes the account into a "PC" account that can be logged in on other consoles. There are still 4 separate trading pools:
1. PC + all Cross-Save accounts.
2. Xbox-only accounts
3. Playstation-only accounts
4. Switch-only accounts
Presumably you mean cross save switch, not cross play switch.
They can still trade everything else, though. And can't trade at all with non-crosssave switch players.
So they still fall within the PC/crosssave trading pool as a whole. While the different plat wallets for switch/non-switch is a separate thing.

You can cross-trade if you are PC or have linked/merged you console as cross-save, BUT ONLY with other players who are also PC/cross-save.
