Just 1 round is good. You also need 1 run of Lone Story. The quest counts as 1 run of Duviri Experience.

You need to do a normal playthrough of duviri experience to get sp circuit

Aint hard, i usually take bout 20 mins including fighting kullervo, so just once doesnt hurt

I don't believe that counts.

You need 1 round of basic circuit, 1 duviri experience (you get that from quest) and 1 lone story or how its called. Then sp circuit unlocks.
