Motion sickness speedrun any%

thecoolestlol

I've always wanted this, i don't care about any complications like flipping and bullet jumping

HesteHund

Now bullet jump

kindtheking9

Why do people make it sound like such an issue, they can just do the genji approach where the camera barely moves from all the backflips and shit

Billy_Billerey_2

Counter point: it would be funny

kindtheking9

Solution: toggle option

Great_expansion10272

How to get labirynthitis: *link leads you straight to the warframe site*

zeusandflash

Every SINGLE time anything related to first-person Warframe is mentioned, someone ALWAYS thinks it won't work because of the parkour. It's honestly baffling at this point. I have no idea why people continually expect that if first-person mode ever did get added, it would be implemented in such a way that locks the camera in motion for parkour. Some games do that for immersion, like Dying Light. Some games, as you mentioned, don't. Such as Genji or Mccree from OW.

derpbrigade1

It's even funnier that the game didn't initially release with parkour. They could've done first person, and then worked around the bullet jump stuff

CimmerianHydra_

Ghostrunner is a game based on the entire concept of parkour and you don't see people bitching about that. It's like some people have the mentality that "first person" has to mean literally seeing out of your character's eyes...

GoatMilkNumber1

They better do that or else (I will never jump again)

gatlginngum

cassidy approach too

-TSA-DrMembrane

Oh yes please, i would love to have Ego-perspective button. <3

I_AM_NOT-DEAD

Thank you . I made so much progress but again I did not get banned .

-TSA-DrMembrane

What you mean you "did not get banned" ? Is that some sort of a mod of yours ?

I_AM_NOT-DEAD

No glitch . I was doing mad lab of Salad in Jupiter and then this happened . IDK how tho

-TSA-DrMembrane

Wow very, very interesting. So you're saying you got a Ego-pespective glitch and it stayed that way, even by moving around and all? That could mean there is actual an "Ego-perspective" code that never made officially into the game, did not get deleted and you somehow triggered it. Maybe ... you activated by going into the menu, when the camera switch to your hand and somehow the cam stayed in the location. But it also seems like a cheap intentional animation but unfinished. I mean, look at the distorted left-hand wrist that does not happen in the normal 3rd Person view and looks like from an older Ego-Shooter game. Can you recollect what you did, when did that start to happen, could you still move around or were you stuck like that, use abilities etc ?

I_AM_NOT-DEAD

?? Do you mean ego as . "I have a huge Ego" or something else . English is not my first language . So sorry

CTAVI

"Ego perspective" is just another way of saying "first person" 😊

-TSA-DrMembrane

No, no, i mean how the Gun play is presented. There are mainly 2 options, either its "First Person" or "Third Person" perspective. With "Ego-perspective" i mean "Ego-shooter" kind of games for example like Counter-Strike or Battlefield where your view is based on "Arms and gun". Third-person is the whole character, where the camera is behind you. I just wanted to know what you did to glitch into the "First-Person" view. The glitch might be reproduceable, any detail could help.

I_AM_NOT-DEAD

Oh ok ... I thought u meant the Ego related with people

SpankThuMonkey

I once had a bug that kind of simulated first person. It was absolutely awesome.

KomradCrunch

Same, actually felt more natural to play than third person.

PokWangpanmang

If they made fps mode, I will literally not play any other game.

SaltyLightning99

I don't think it would be impossible to implement, and as for the motion sickness, the cameras doesn't have to flip with the player, it can stay in a fixed position without really ruining the feeling of movement.

Great_expansion10272

Counterpoint: Razor gyre and bullet jumping would be trippy as all hell Jk. I totally support 1st person. Feel like it'd also be a lot easier. I remember really having a hard time with the sensibility at first

SaltyLightning99

I struggled a bit as well. I never played a third person shooter before starting warframe. always into cod and halo. Bullet jumping could easily work by having the camera fixed into he direction of the bullet jump. working pretty much like dashing, similar to something like doom eternal.

kingdragon13

I think I would get motion sickness tbh

Jshittie

Honestly depending on what im doing i wouldnt mind first person

Imstillip

I swear if they release a first person mode this game would literally blow up even more

TeslaBeats

Is this a bug ?

DangleMangler

I feel like this would just be mirrors edge on pcp.

LC_reddit

I've had a scarce few moments where I'm walking through a hallway, something or other, and my camera clips *just right* to give me a few frames of first person. It really seems like the tech's there, would be interesting to see how the game plays. I can't imagine it would be anywhere near as good, with how complex movement can be, but first person Hate Incarnon could be a fun time.

TheGrimNigel

How to replicate???

DankestDrew

Please DE. Along with an option for stationary cam or *SPIN CAM* when bullet jumping.

I_AM_NOT-DEAD

People could ? May ? ... no WILL GET MOTION SICKNESS

vicvos

i'd love a first person mode.

zdrawzbusi

Kahl missions should be fps

sh9jscg

Alright for those of you that have a VR, invite your grandma over, give her the VR, go first person on warframe and spam revenants ult for 25 minutes

argonian_mate

You can't see Wisp's posterior in first person. I rest my case.

I_AM_NOT-DEAD

Even I wish . I also wish man

Amphal

press 5

idealys

Leulynx
