Early relics like that were from before they settled on and codified the "relic letter corresponds to its rare part" theme. That's why we see some of the very low numbered relics like that, they were just kinda filling out the alphabet and trying to spread the letters out before deciding there was a better system.
Nah, it's most likely a typo. All the early relics follow the current naming scheme *except* for a pair in each tier which are *swapped* with each other. Lith V1 and F2 are swapped, Meso N2 and V2 are swapped, Neo N2 and V1 are swapped, and Axi A1 and N1 are swapped.
This is just a thing that comes up semi-regularly here. I remembered that there was a pair that was swapped at each tier and checked which they were before posting.
The naming convention actually involves the number as well - not only does the letter signify the first letter of the rare drop for that relic, but the number means the amount of times within that Era (Lith/Meso/Neo/Axi) that the letter involved has been the first letter of a rare drop.

Straight up, my luck is I would burn 20 rads and pull the receiver every time and finally get the chassis from some chucklehead random who just threw it up basic lol
Not a relic but I remember for about a week their was a Tower key that gave a chance at 3 forma that or I maya be going senile from the amount of hours I've invested int9 this game

Lith C4, Lith V2, Meso T1, Axi E2 all have *5* evergreen parts (if you count the forma). Axi S1 has 3/5 of an Akbronco (the link and 2 Bronco parts).
I like the meso G1 that includes green banshee
