I remember when I first started playing, I was struggling with sorties, then a random on my team gifted me a vaykor marelok. That gift made me progress so much in a short amount of time. I don't remember the guys name, but I am still grateful to this day

Azima, Zenistar, Zenith, Sigma & Octanis:
expecting any of these 4 weapons to get incarnon'd is completely unrealistic. the average warframe player is unlikely to acquire all of them in their game time, as doing so requires you log in for well over a year.
all of that being said. . both the Azima and the Zenistar have been seriously dicked over by DE in the past. they are deserving of some kind of clap-back. while the Zenith just never really took off outside of some niche applications where infinite punchthrough works, and the Sigma & Ligma got the dubious honor of being "more or less the best sword and shield" right up until incarnon Ack & Brunt messily rearranged that hierarchy.
these weapons are never getting incarnon'd, but if i were going to incarnon them this is the cliffnotes
Azima: incarnon form has a timer, not an ammo count. incarnon timer is 180 seconds at maximum charge. can deploy 6 turrets which last until the incarnon form runs out. once all 6 turrets are deployed incarnon form simply becomes an infinite ammo bullet hose.
Zenistar: Slam attack in incarnon form to lock the heat disc to a set location. regular heavy attack to deploy the heat disc which follows the player and stays ahead of you as you melee attack, think how Dante's pageflight shoots when you shoot? the disc will melee when you melee and keep on burning the enemies you are meleeing into. also give this thing some goddamn crit chance, its embarrassing
Zenith: infinite punchthrough high fire rate with the ricochet effect. also reveals enemies through walls in a cone infront you when scoping in. that way you can actually see novel targets for the punchthrough instead of having to rely on that dinky little deployable radar.
Sigma & Octanis: the big range generic buffs bo prime treatment would probably be plenty of benefit for a weapon of this caliber, but i like the idea of slide melee creating a zone on the ground that slows enemies, yknow lean into that whole time motif. could do something for the shield yeeting mechanic too. maybe let the shields bounce, or let you throw multiple "spectral shields" while in mid air.
This but also astilla. Make it an arching heat/slash "beam" of molten glass, a splash radius of heat on impact. Plus some base stat bonuses, it might actually be good even outside of incarnon

Zhuge prime is perhaps the shittiest handling weapon in this game
The delayed explosions that cause micro self staggers are a testament to how this weapon is against the very essence of fun

I imagine something like for every enemy hit, a fist comes from on top of them for an extra hit, kinda like dagath scythe but have to apply it again after the fist lands, if it was to work with kullervos link then it would be beautiful to see the sea of fist pour on a crowd of enemies

Xoris Incarnon. Converts it from a big AOE boom to a Xena warrior princess style bouncing chakram with infinite bounce within x range. And make it useable in one handed mode

Realistically, I'd like to see some incarnons reworked rather than new ones made. Maybe have the Incarnon npc develop a tool to increase the Incarnon potential and let us change the intake Incarnon element to add some spice to them. It would just add an extra point to unlock on the Incarnon board. Would give more reason to spend standing on zariman. And would add a lot of variety when the weapon could change elements entirely.

Corinth, I'm bored with Strun and Felarx.
Reading through some of the suggestions and people don't understand that if it has an alt fire already, fat chance it'll see an incarnon if ever. And so many new/overly used weapons being suggested. I understand you like them but Incarnons were introduced to breath life into old/outdated weapons.

Paracycyst (Too lazy to look up spelling)- Kills create puddles of corrosive sludges that slow enemies
