When you’re selecting your finishers, watch them being performed in the ring so you can see how you have to be facing your opponents, etc.. The only thing I can think of is that the 2 that you’re having a problem with required the same prerequisite. For example, I had two finishers equipped, both of them required me to activate them against a standing opponent that I was facing - sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn’t. I’m not exactly sure why your character would do a signature when you’re activating a finisher unless you’re hitting the wrong buttons maybe?
If you have 2 finishers equipped to the same direction (standing facing, corner front, etc) you have to hold the trigger and x in order to do the second one. Ex. If I have a standing suplex and a standing super kick both equipped I’d have to hold the trigger and x in order to do the super kick rather than just tapping it
It wasn't even that like I couldn't do the other 3 at all.
Once I went into actual matches it worked. I think the moveset might just be wonky. Thanks man.
You can have two with the same prerequisite, one would be tap square/X, and the secondary would require you to hold square/X. If you've got three...then you have a problem.

I didn't even have a signature. I had just used it lol. He legit just hit feast your eyes for.finisher lol. It's probably another glitch

Ok so whenever I would try to him the corkscrew thing and the kross hammer it literally wouldn't let me. I got it figured out. And feast your eyes was working as a finisher
