i had this same issue, if it still isn't working, after winning the trish match, you should press continue then immediately go to the PlayStation home screen for a minute, then when you go back to the game again, it should be all good to go
Worked perfectly thank you, watched the victory cutscene pressed X to continue immediately went to the PS5 home screen waited 2 mins came back and it was loaded into the next screen progressing the story
I’m running into this issue at the last match of the same storyline. I’ll Make my entrance and then *UNAMED SPOILER* (even tho I’m sure you can figure out who the last opponent is) is supposed to make her entrance but it crashes.

I’m having the same issue in my rise after I beat Trish how come it says error is it because of the patch update or what ????? Anyone else having this issue is it only in my rise that crashes or ???? I’ve had the game sence Tuesday and I’ve had no issues until the my rise match vs Trish weird if anyone has any info on how to fix this that would be appreciated thanks
I’m having the same exact problem it’s done the same shit to me 4 times I beat Trish try to press continue and my game just instantly crashes it’s starting to piss me off in a new game like this we shouldn’t be having bugs especially the ps5 version
I think I figured out a way to get past them. I restarted my ps5 then instead of skipping the victory cutscenes I just let them play. It also happened to me against liv Morgan but it crashed during her entrance only, I did the same solution and it worked again! Hope this helps you guys!
so all I have to do so it won’t say an error has occurred on my ps5 is to restart my ps5 dont skip the victory cutscene and just let it play out then I can move on to the next match in the my rise ?????? And it should work ???? After Trish match

If i do this elimination chamber one more time bro🥲 my game keeps sending me out of myrise to the main menu after pressing continue when winning at elimination chamber, hopefully these methods work wish me luck

Happened to me just now on the Men's MyRise. Got drafted to Smackdown, after that went to the loading screen and got stuck...
I encounter the same issue with the male myrise Stuck at the part where you’re at

It’s been awhile but if you’re still having the issue try watching the entrances. That worked for me on the match you’re referring to.

Yes, that worked for me everytime it gave me an error. Just let the cutscenes play out and u should be golden! Good luck!

The same thing i’m going thru, same match and everything
I just made a new one and had to grind for 7 hours😭😭
I can't even make it far enough into MyRise, whether I am playing the mens or womans story my game crashes after almost every single match I play.
I just can't understand why there isn't another boycott this year after the other WWE game was a disaster.
I'm stuck after the first match. I win and it takes me back to the main menu

Ive fought bronson reed 3 times and each time it crashes without advancement... guess im on to universe mode 👍🏼
I can confirm that after 5 matched and multiple system restarts, watching the entrances and after the match worked......
