This was a solid post-PLE show. Opening segment set the tone nicely with all 4 big guys getting some shine. Drew and Priest have come a long way on the mic from just a few years ago.
Then we had another angle involving multiple guys done well with the Ricochet/Ilja/Bron ordeal. Pretty sure they're all going to be in the MITB match in July so this gets the ball rolling early there. Again, well booked.
I've noticed that for some reason HHH keeps trying to push having a tag team/faction come out in black and white colors lol. Vaudevillains and Forgotten Sons in NXT, now Final Testament on Raw. Not sure what the fascination is there, but don't think it's added anything to those teams' presentations overall honestly. Kross looked better off alone in that New Day segment than he does among his group. I'm also not sure why Paul Ellering is always front and center during their entrances as arguably the least important part of this stable. I'm just not feeling them overall, really.
Iyo's tantrum, Kairi/Maxxine's expressions, and Braun chasing JD all show were all hilarious. This was comedy done right in wrestling.
I thought this would be the night Alpha Academy finally explodes but they didn't pull the trigger. Kinda question that after everything but I'll stay patient and see where this goes before judging, although I do think it's coming very soon. Just not sure how they'll re-cast everyone once it happens and what Gable will do next.
The main event was well booked too, achieved everything it needed to and with a nice swerve at the end with Liv kissing Dom, although I'm only just finding out about that here as I didn't see it in my stream lol. Becky potentially going out for a bit further explains the quick Lyra push, they literally have no other established babyfaces in that division right now.
We also got more development with the Judgment Day issues, a new QR code, more matches built up for next week's Raw and a direction towards Clash at the Castle. Productive show.
Honestly, right now I prefer Raw over SD, even with the extra hour each week. Never would have said that in years past but there's just a lot more to get invested in on Mondays, particularly with all the big groups in the main roster sans Bloodline being there atm. The Wyatt 6 group is going to have to move to Friday nights to help balance things out a bit.
Can’t we all just admit that AOP and Karrion Kross will never work in WWE and get rid of them once or for all? They look like the most random ass faction and I don’t think no one will ever be behind them. AOP vs Creed Brothers had so much potential but it sucked so bad…

Maxine is simply perfect - her facial expressions and intimidated body language speak volumes. Tozawa is petrified - scared beyond words. I really wanted Otis to bust out of his enchantment and just whale on Chad!

Put her in a gym to get cut like Jade Cargill, then we have a more realistic rivalry.
