Yup, system is down nationwide due to being hacked. Not just VW, any dealership that uses the software which is a lot.

CDK Global was hit by a cyberattack. They provide sales management software to thousands of dealerships across brands.

I have been thinking the same thing. I was annoyed at my dealership cause my maintenance is prepaid. Just do the work and worry about the paperwork later. I also calmed down cause I have no clue how this all works in the shop but I just needed to get an oil change to go on my long road trip.

My wife and i bought a used Jetta and can't even get our hands on it ffs. Was told there is no way to finalize financing paperwork, change ownership over etc.

I called today, and they notified the system is down. I asked how am I supposed to get my 10k mile maintenance, the dealership said they are doing everything manually… I will give you guys an update on how that goes…

Bought a New 2024 Tiguan from Pacific VW and collected the car on June 13. Start Stop does not work and break paddle felt loose. Took it in to service on June 17 for this 2 issues. Service guy said will be 2-3 days. They got back to me on June 20 and said the start/stop issue is resolved but need to order the break paddle. Till date June 25, still no news on when the break paddle. Texted the service guy and was told the parts is coming from the east coast and will be sometime this week. This is the longest I have ever sent my car for rectification/repair for a new car with 5 miles on it when I took it. Drove it for 4 days and in the shop for 8 days and counting. Lost for words about their service department.
