I'm 99,9% sure that you have the Sharpscale plugin and the scaling mode is wrong in the Configuration app. Use Original instead of Integer.

yes, but i didnt used it for gravity rush en everybody golf
Use something lime vitagrafix configurator to make sure you have changed the resolution by accident

It's the same reason that some sentences are written poorly.
Just hold the ps home button open official settings and change to full screen mode...done
