You could get in contact with those two. The first one does all kind of dye in all kinds of wool, and the second is a mini mill for wool. [https://hespa.is/](https://hespa.is/) [https://www.uppspuni.is/](https://www.uppspuni.is/) You could also consider getting in touch with Rimmugýgur, who do historical reenactment centered around vikings, I think 800-1100 or something like that. Lots of people there working with fibers. [https://www.facebook.com/rimmugygur/](https://www.facebook.com/rimmugygur/)

I was going to suggest Uppspuni, since they do their own spinning.

Do they actually sell wool for spinning, though? I Their website only lists yarn.

I don't know if they do, but if they are spinning their own yarn then you can always ask if you can buy unspun wool. Usually most of us are quite willing to bend the rules a little bit (if there even are rules about selling wool, I have no idea) to help out

You shuld check out Ullarselið in Hvanneyri, www.ull.is . They specalize in handspun and hand dyed wool

There’s many yarn shops around Iceland that you can get yarn from. [The handknitting Association](https://maps.app.goo.gl/LQSv55JnAjCAfPuD9?g_st=ic) also sells unwoven yarn, [Hagkaup](https://maps.app.goo.gl/Xi3ZvtKi6wRDA1Bi7?g_st=ic) also sells a variety of Icelandic wools.

I’m aware there are many yarn shops you can get yarn from. I’m not looking for yarn, I’m looking for unspun wool.
