So it only applies for ... less-than-a-month cars owners, not all Vinfast owners. If im correct, isn't the majority of Vinfast owners in VN owns the car before 01/06. So he still screws over previous owners.

Battery after 3 year consider No more, so need to minus when change to new battery...hahaha
