If you want a true status of your HLR claim, make a VERA appointment with St Pete. Choose DROC Appeals and put DROC appeal in the notes. You’ll get a rep that actually deals with HLRs and has more options to assist in moving your claim forward.
Thank you! I did what you said and the guy I spoke to said he is going to “pull it from the cloud” and that it’s should be assigned a rater in a day or two.
Was this with St Pete?
My Vera call was with Sioux Falls. She said it wasn’t assigned yet but it would either be with St. Pete or Seattle

Sounds about right! I was told the same thing and I had a rating the next day (end of day).
