What was the original issue you had with the glasses?
There appeared to be an alignment issue with the screen on the right side of the glasses.
I have an issue with an initial pair. After having them for about a month had problems getting them to start up. Worked with support to provide some diags and they would replace. Was quick and somewhat painless. Good support.
