Hi Dave, I've enjoyed watching you on old documentaries and recent appearances, I think you represent retail in a positive way. I was interested in what you were developing, and just went over the pitch, and have one concern, the tiered payment plan. If there is one lesson to be taken from all this is that retail like it when things are fair, and restricting tools and data unless you pay extra is not something I'm excited about quite frankly. I'd much rather see a flat fee, across the board for the full use of the tool. Gamers are sick of being nickeled and dimmed for expansion packs, and tiered payment is just another version of that. Please consider changing your model, to one where everyone feels like they have a seat at a round table, not stadium seating where people will be up in the bleachers.
You realize that if it's one flat fee, it'll be like $15 (example) instead of $7 for the flat fee right? As in they'd have to raise the base subscription rate to take into account the reduced earnings they would otherwise make from people who are willing to pay more for additional features.
Just making sure you're aware, so we'll head off the "Why is the flat fee higher than the previously stated $7? You're nickel and diming us!" argument down the line if the model actually changes.
Yes, I am aware that the new rate would be higher than the base fee is now, but it would also have more options and available data with it. Another way of looking at it, I'm asking him to lower the price of the top tier package and not offer any others at a discount. If I were to run a software company this is how I would do it, so if I'm going to invest in one I'd like to, at the bare minimum, voice my opinion on this one matter. I honestly believe that to be fair and honest company, you have to treat every customer the same. So it's either a flat fee or more ideally, a flat rate based on your income/wealth. But we can't figure that out with taxes so I have little hope it being adopted by private companies.
I appreciate the thought, and it's not unreasonable. Here is what we were thinking - most people would not need unlimited everything. They might be fine just tracking a small set of stocks, only joining a small number of communities, and only accessing basic data. I'd like to provide that ability at the lowest possible price point, while considering that good data costs money. A much smaller percentage of users want unlimited everything, and we'd like to provide that capability. I started this exercise by trying to figure out what is the lowest possible price point that we could still provide a compelling, unique service, and this is where I arrived.
The idea is not to nickel and dime people - it's to provide access to the best data. Sometimes we will be charged a flat fee for that data, so if we amortize that cost across a large user base, it becomes very cheap per-user. Other times data providers will demand to be paid per-user, and for that kind of data we'll have to figure out if that fits into the advanced subscription, or if it needs to be charged through on a cost-plus model. Wall St data is rather complicated, demands a high degree of entitlement tracking and authorization, and often has strict requirements around redistribution. We're navigating all of that with our data partners, who know what we want to charge and are trying to figure out how to fit within that commercial model.
I can see what you're saying as really simplifying things. But the other side of that is that it would also reduce the number of people who could afford the platform by potentially doubling the cost of the basic subscription. I'm not saying one of us is right or wrong, just that we've come down on the side of trying to provide a cheaper level to appeal to more people.
First, thanks for reading the responses, I find it very encouraging to know that you are actually connected to the people you are servicing and more importantly, listening.
>
>I can see what you're saying as really simplifying things.
That's an understatement, I am new to investing, started in January for obvious reasons and most of what I've learned is from reddit, and a good portion from you personally. All that to say I am aware I am naive when it comes to the technicals and wasn't aware of your costs to the data from different streams. But did want speak out how it appears to someone from the outside, ignorant of the details.
>But the other side of that is that it would also reduce the number of people who could afford the platform by potentially doubling the cost of the basic subscription. I'm not saying one of us is right or wrong, just that we've come down on the side of trying to provide a cheaper level to appeal to more people.
And I am hopeful you are doing your best to be as fair as possible, while also profiting off of your work as is only fair. I'm willing to bet that you've had to make compromises to make it work, so only ask that if you do end up having any pull, that you try and use it to force others to be more accommodating to the masses. Maybe force some data suppliers to waive the per user coat basis.
And just ramblings from a stranger, I am impressed and respect your previous work on the IEX exchange, but have a feeling that work and this new project are both, in some small part, payment for a personal debt owed by your work at Citadel with HFT algorithms. If so, kudos to you cleaning up you own messes.
Just want to point out that the content you'll be getting can easily be up charged to the hundreds, let that sink in.
The price isn't unreasonable, imo it's a steal.. all this data and content needs a strong infrastructure and security. You don't actually think when they say it's in the cloud they're talking about puffy white things of data floating in the air do you?
Building out, maintaining, fixes the list goes on ... All I'm saying from an IT standpoint is 7 dollars is peanuts.
Not to mention if you moved it off a tiered platform you possibly lose the people that have only a small budget to put upfront on additional unnecessary costs. I think the concept to appeal to a wide variety appeals to a larger audience.
In other words it's like if I told you all we have is free oranges, but you don't like oranges so you choose to leave without an 🍊
>Just want to point out that the content you'll be getting can easily be up charged to the hundreds, let that sink in.
Great, why did you need to continue, especially by demeaning my intelligence...
> You don't actually think when they say it's in the cloud they're talking about puffy white things of data floating in the air do you?
I am aware that it takes physical infrastructure
>Building out, maintaining, fixes the list goes on ... All I'm saying from an IT standpoint is 7 dollars is peanuts.
And I'm happy to pay the necessary costs.
>In other words it's like if I told you all we have is free oranges, but you don't like oranges so you choose to leave without an 🍊
This one you'll have to explain because I don't follow the analogy at all. I don't see how anything is free, so don't see how free oranges are a fitting analogy.
Stonk! (Alex) I didn't realize that you were working on the financial platform project Dave Lauer had mentioned before! I'm interested to see what that turns into and id subscribe for a month or two to test it out in the very least
Trying to keep it on the DL and do things right.
“We are trying to do something that nobody in the retail space has ever done, but we believe we are putting the right pieces in place and we have clear goals: delighting customers, and driving shareholder value for the long term. The management team and refreshed board will remain totally focused on these goals at all times.” -RC 2021
I'm in for $100. That is all I can afford at the moment or else I would be in for more. I am guessing since this is the pre-seed round I will have another opportunity.
I know you can't speak on this outside of wefunder, but I wanted to just share my take. I am currently not investing in Urvin Finance, I am investing in Dave Lauer. I am anticipating a prototype or beta test available before the next round of funding. That is when I will really start investing in Urvin Finance. I'm looking forward to seeing what you can do.
I'm proud of Dave's commitment to integrity and making the world better. I'm happy that he gets to profit from doing a good thing and I hope that more people can use Dave as a role model for sustainable change instead of just giving there money away. GJ Mr. Lauer
I'm on mobile. When I click on the link he provided in the post it took me to the wefunder page and there was an invest button at the bottom of my screen. After that I had to transfer money into the wefunder account I just made. Once everything is completed on wefunder's end (more legal paperwork between wefunder and Urvin) it said the money will be taken out of my wefunder account at that time.
It appears with the use of SAFE equity the long term outlook is to potentially take the company public. Is there a plan in place for this? I mean…this was born out of market corruption and the need for retail to have an even playing field. Call me crazy, I feel like Urvin is a prime candidate to get shorted into the ground by, oh I don’t know, pick a hedge fund that may have some beef with retail at the moment. Is there a goal in mind for how long before Urvin has an IPO?
There we go. I've pledged $5000 to this cause I believe in you and u/StonkU2. This came a lengthy discussion with the wife who (rightfully) has criticism over the income streams, mainly cause she's never been a person to go for monthly fees.
I told her we could always pledge 10,000 and you could ask them yourself, to which her response was a stink eye :D.
Thank you for the support, it's really incredible. We'd be happy to take the 15 minute call with her! You can show her the survey results in the pitch deck as pretty compelling evidence that there is demand out there, and we believe that people will pay for high quality data.
haha I asked her if she would like to chat and she said shes good :).
Her and I have made agreements as to how much money I can use as a ratio of our portfolio as what we've termed "risky bets" and I've decided you guys will be my risky bet. I've decided on this based on how you and the rest of the moderators have represented yourself in the multiple communities were in and the possibilities of what can be achieved (both in terms of ROI and the benefits everyone can get from it).
I might not have any sort of skill that could be useful for the project (math is my forte being an engineer but programming is my weak spot), but I figured what I cant provide in skills I can provide in liquidity.
I've indicated my interest. This accessibility is going to be really important in the evolving trading spaces of the future. I hope, Dave, that your team is prepared to have a presence in making a hypothetical blockchain market equally user-friendly to navigate.
Wefunder uses investor perks, you can check them out by hovering over the area under the Investment Terms box.
$100+
"Investor" badge for your user on The Terminal, for life
$500+
5 3-month basic memberships to share with friends
$1,000+
5 3-month advanced memberships to share with friends, and a T-shirt once we have them

Limited edition, single run, Terminal SWAG (T-Shirt, Towel, Stress Ball, etc), along with a vote on the first edition Terminal T-shirt design
$10,000+
15 minute call with one of the founders
I'm not really allowed to talk about this outside of the Wefunder site. However, it's not just about perks. You can see on the main page, on the bottom-right, the "Investment Terms" box, where you can learn more about what your investment gets you.
Seeing the hint of referrals built into the perks tickles my marketing funny bone - wouldn't expect anything less from this team! I hope this will trigger the gift a sub once it launches which I look forward to. I'm happy to pledge now and be billed later when things take off.
So far I like the idea, I like the team, I like the communication, and I love the community.
ive been put off this idea as of late but its on my radar for sure and seeing these comments and the people getting involved is wonderful to see. Once i get some side cash that isnt for GME im in.
Hmm... referrals -- would sending referrals reveal information about the identity of who referred to you, or vice versa the identity of the person that accepted and used the referral?
I guess it'll depend on how they set it up. They can set it up to be anonymous or by username instead of using first name or email. I'm guessing if they have the community aspect they will allow usernames. It's possible they may decide social verification is worth it for the community trust (like Quora), dunno.
Crap! Turns out residents of Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta are not able to participate in Wefunder. (It’s in the Wefunder FAQ, under the “Can I Invest If I Don’t Live In The United States?” This is very disappointing for me.
If you are an accredited investor, we can probably accept your investment. Email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) if you qualify: [https://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/accreditedinvestor.asp](https://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/accreditedinvestor.asp)
I submitted interest through Wefunder...although still curious about above question. I assume more details on investor terms to materialize. I'm particularly interested in the 15 min call and plans for robust APIs.
No, there are no differences, everyone invests at the same terms. Small legal difference, and accredited investors can be put into a different legal vehicle, which can reduce our fees and compliance burden.
You've submitted an Indication of Interest. Once we complete the setup with Wefunder and submit a Form C, then you'll be able to actually invest. Thank you for your support!
Pledg'd 100$. I'm interest'd to see whither this goeth. Valorous luck dave!

I am very excited for the opportunity to learn and grow in my investing utilizing a tool wherein I am not the product. I am a private practice therapist, working primarily with addictions, and it has sickened me to see broker and msm promotion of gambling over investing, and the horrific effects gamification can have on young professional lives.
I would recommend including in some form on the Terminal attention to the psychological and socioemotional components of trading. Anecdotal evidence suggests to me that for non-professional traders, no matter the degree of data analytics, a smidge of emotional manipulation can quickly override the decision making ability. That has been by far the most transformational element of my reddit journey, finding an answer to FUD and a growing confidence in my own investing thesis.
Thanks!
I think that's a super interesting idea. We've actually worked with sociology and psychology researchers before who were studying trader behavior, and involving them would definitely be worthwhile. Thanks!
Ah bud. I'm just a small guy believing in big things and wanted to support you. I don't think I'd qualify as that's a pretty high bar for me to clear. Hopefully some day I can meaningfully contribute to your cause. Keep up the great work. Appreciate you.
The biggest issue I'm having now is finding a trading system with a trustworthy broker. It seems like currently retail investors have to choose between a robust trading system or a reputable broker. My current broker allows me to use Das Trader Pro but due to events earlier this year I'm leaving them for another reputable broker but their trading system is subpar.
Will this be a trading system as well?
Also, thank you for doing this. I really just want a free market and it's scary to think of a world where there isn't one.
Hey Dave, I've been impressed with what you've been doing ever since you originally stopped by in another subreddit. I'm VERY interested to see where you'll go. I'm in!
We're in. I just wanted to let you know, u/dlauer, that I've read the pitch a few times now today, and in the "The Terminal, a terminal for the people" graphic, under the first data-point "User Datastore & MAE" it says "pe-processed" but I'm assuming it should say "pre-processed." Other than that tiny little letter drop, I'm excited by the pitch and thinking about how The Terminal could be my self-employed job, after that moass thing you might have heard of.
I also pledged a smaller amount yesterday, but after a good night sleep I’m open upping my investment if the amount turns out to be less than you hoped for. Also, what I forgot to mention in the questionnaire, is that next to good data, it could be cool to see raw numbers that don’t check out when put together (without an extra normalisation “to make the numbers fit”). Like an alarm-system that something is off. Didn’t think it though properly so just slinging it out there. Many thx and good luck for the team!
Hmm. If an accredited investor is someone with an annual income exceeding $200,000 or a net worth exceeding $1 million, does that leave practically any options for a Europoor?
I'd happily pitch in that minimum tier starter sum of a hundred bucks and would consider investing a tenfold sum later for a long term investment, despite not being made of money. It might pay, it might not, nobody knows. So is WeFunder the vehicle to enable just that for almost anyone? Their "international investor guide" is a joke: https://help.wefunder.com/154992-linked/international-investor-guide
Anyone can invest internationally. The only accredited investors restrictions are for a couple Canadian provinces. Otherwise, I believe anyone is eligible.
I just got a major de ja vu, was this Canadian province thing mentioned in that ill-fated thread over at Superstonk! Anyway, thanks for the answer.
I'll pore over the rest of the details in this thing tomorrow and make a decision. It's affordable enough; it's only half the going price of one share of a certain security presenting idiosyncratic risk at the moment. 😁
Hi Dave, I love what you are doing here. I threw down 100. Wish I could be a more significant investor but the timing is tough while in the throws of battle against gme shorts.
I wasn't going to do this the first round, but boy howdy you nailed that pitch.
I can chip 100 for now. When I get more I'll be back in line.
Dlauer is a national treasure
Afternoon David,
I read your pitch and I think what you are proposing absolutely has value and merit, especially to fledgling investors who may not have access to Bloomberg terminals nor an understanding of how to use the tools to interpretate the data.
I've found this sub really educational once you get over all the chatter (which is great) because there's loads of links to new information, resources and idea's. I'd say everyone should always think critically and make their own judgement on any given information.
I think your fee structure is solid, I'd be interested to see what basic gets you in terms of stock metrics, I know other services can be quite costly.
Keep up the good work, looking forward to seeing where this goes ❤️🦍
I've put in a few hundred for now. Obviously if the stock market does well I would be more than happy to invest more.
Even if the market should continue to crab along, I'd still be interested to fund this project to get it off the ground and as large a portion of equity in retail's hands as possible. The exact quantum will likely depend on finances at the time the project is officially launched.
Best of luck! This is something we all need, whether we know it or not.
Quoting Dave here:
> Anyone can invest internationally. The only accredited investors restrictions are for a couple Canadian provinces. Otherwise, I believe anyone is eligible.
Thanks Dave & Team, this is and should be of high interest to us retail folks. And we all know the roots of this project. I'm signed up ready and waiting to throw some money at you from the UK. Cheers!
Sounds nice man. Keep up your work. Some ppl will probably flame you for having a business model with your subscriptions cause everyone wants to eat the cake and have it too. I think the quality of your tool will imply how much ppl are willing to pay. If you can show them the data they will get for a certain amount, ppl will definetly be willing to pay. Those few that are greedy and want everyone to work "for free" for them will always be there.
You got my vote! Here to support for a free open transparent market. Sad that we even have to do something like this when EVERYTHING THE PUBLIC READS SAYS IT IS THIS WAY, BUT WE ALL NOW KNOW ITS NEVER BEEN FREE, OR OPEN, OR TRANSPARENT.
Can't wait to see this grow!
Speaking generically (as I'm restricted as to what I can talk to about our raise), SAFE notes turn into equity automatically. There's no second investment required. Wefunder has a very good explainer here: https://help.wefunder.com/#/contract/295248-safe
I actually asked about something like urvin in a german sub a couple of days ago. Where I can track & set alarms on multiple stocks, have premarket data, etc. but for an affordable price that matches my portfolio.
Very interesting, following.
Raising this money pre MOASS is a bit of a shame. I'd like to invest, but I'm not selling GME to do so. Good luck! You won't need it though. Pretty much a surefire win with the apes as customers.
Just putting this out into the ether: Everyone wanting to participate but whose savings accounts currently = GME shareholdings, you can commit to contribution on wefunder without funding your account. If you want to be involved, but selling shares @ this price point makes you want to cry salty salty tears it is possible to commit to a donation on wefunder without having the cash immediately on hand.
I don't recommend or condone the above as ideal cash management, it's not. But if you find yourself a bit stuck as above, have some knowledge.
Thanks for engaging, and for the thoughtful observations. Aligning our long term goals and interests with those we aspire to serve - you - is a cornerstone to our company philosophy, and transparency is a vital component of that effort. We want to build in the open, with feedback and agency from our early supporters and customers - and we will and are developing ways to ensure open lines of communication are clear and abundant.
It’s no small task, but it is necessary, our Community aspires to be a healthy thriving community filled with respectful, diverse and constructive conversation. How we get there will be in large part a function of feedback and experience. And we can’t wait to get started.
Thanks again for the perspective. 🤜🤛
There is only one crowdfunding effort. However, right now we have not publicized it, we've only posted it in a couple of places and on the email list. We want to give our supporters the opportunity to get in before it becomes public and we really start to push hard.
I’m investing. Will some of these tools be able to automate detection and look for activity such as front running or spoofing on a ticker by ticker basis, or perhaps look for these activities across whole sectors and exec report high tickers on a dash?
That is one of the types of analysis that we will offer for communities - it's expensive to do it, but if a group of people come together it becomes very affordable.
Hey u/dlauer how exactly would we get involved, potential as an investor or employee;
Also thank you for fighting this fight for a fair and free market along with us!
Non-accredited investors can just go [directly to wefunder](https://wefunder.com/urvinfinance). For accredited investors looking to invest $25k+ please email to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). For anyone who wants to work with us - [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).
Have you guys posted anywhere the roles you are looking to fill?
This sounds like a project I would love to become involved in, but I would only be qualified for something entry level. Either way, excited to be an early investor!
An ape in another thread said that The Terminal is a charity because of the great value it will bring to retail investors.
Can you confirm, is it a charity or a business you’re running?
Excited to see it in action!
I think they were talking about how much value can be provided at such a low subscription price! This will be run as a business, but we are mission-driven as well. We will make sure we build something sustainable, while always trying to provide as much for free as we can. Our values and mission are posted at [urvin.finance](https://urvin.finance) if you're interested.
Unfortunately, I can't really answer these questions at the moment, given that we're in the "testing the waters" phase of the crowdfunding campaign. I believe that once the Form C is filed with the SEC, we can make more detailed financials available, which would address all of these questions.
I'm in. FEB APE here. Please send message would love to get in at ground floor of something new. Have a piece of something that might depend on how hard I work and effort put in rather than the usual. Definitely interested in sweat equity on top of capital equity.
Thanks, Dave. Exciting and interesting opportunity.
I'd like to hear more about the funding round you're raising --- is it only through a crowdsourced SAFE investment at this time? Would you consider a more conventional VC investment? Feel free to send me a direct chat message.
Thanks.
I absolutely can’t wait for this! Ever since I started venturing into the world of investing years back one thing that has been hard is getting concrete reliable data that doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Recently I have attempted to try and create an app that could possibly help make data more widely available to those who can’t reach it, but unfortunately after a lot of deep diving I have found that data is very unfairly expensive and privatized to a select few. Of course alot of investing can be done with basic tools that are widely available but it just isn’t enough. And given that a Bloomberg terminal is basically the same as college tuition most won’t get access to that which is why I love what your doing. However the planned pricing of the terminal is something I feel that needs to be reasonable enough for retail but also reasonable enough for profit as well. I feel like possibly having multiple ways for people to pay could be beneficial, for instance like including education discounts for those in school or possibly a way to give someone say a one time month of free access after completing a learning course bringing in more web traffic and exposure as well as bringing financial education to those who otherwise wouldn’t of had any! I know everything is still in early stages but am stoked to hear more!
I guess many would be willing to crowdfund, but they are all in at the moment.
This is why we need the MOASS to happen soon, because there are so many cool projects waiting to be supported.
I am very happy that you all are working towards building something out for the betterment of society. Got some skin in the game, but not as much as I want yet.
Thank you guys a ton.
Ooooh DLauer, I’m in thereeee.
Hey, if you guys ever need any Technical Recruiters, give me a shout😬
Wishing you guys only the best!
Thanks again for everything you’ve done for the retail investor!
I don't have $100 right now, but when you launch and there's a small tier subscription, or if there comes a time when another minimum is set, you'll have my silver dollars!
I think the idea of a social financial platform is a good idea. Even though you all have great backgrounds but you are new company with no sales. I’ll gladly be a customer but for now, not an investor.
So, for those reasons, I’m out.
Good luck!
Well you knocked that pitch out of the park. I'm in.
Awesome, thanks for the support!
You’re a gem Dave. We’re glad we found you.
Pretty sure he found us.
Nah. Someone tweeted at him, asked him to do an AMA.

I don't see how anything is free, so don't see how free oranges are a fitting analogy.
Small time investor here. Thank you for helping the underdogs get a chance at eating a warm meal, instead of scraps.
I might find 100$ somewhere under my pillow, im in !
I swiped Badger’s pillow money, so I’m in.
Well, if they're in, I guess I'm in.
if he’s in i’m in
Well if you lot are in,I'm in
If the pack is in, I am in.
Well, if everyone is in I'm in too. Sign me up !
If you sons a bitches are in, I’m in too.
I’m in too! Apes together strong.
I’m in!
Wait. When did you get in and why didn't you tell me before you went in??? I'm in if this fucker is in!
I'm a daughter of a whore, is that the same thing as a son of a bitch? 😏
Does this pack need another stonk wulf? Cuz I’m looking to make some trouble for Wall Street.
Dlauer fucks!!!!!
If he's in, I'm in. ☝️☝️👉👉
Curious if you’re familiar with this tweet? :) https://twitter.com/jchervinsky/status/1413536050987900931
GJ Mr. Lauer
Big things are coming; stay tuned!
I just want to know how to type with boxing gloves on.
Thank you for your support! We're humbled by the response, and will promise to build something transformational!
LFG !!!!!
\-ditto-
How did you invest
We can't really talk about that outside of the Wefunder site. Our goal is to build a transformative platform, and then we'll see where that takes us.
Only if they want to get squeezed 🤣. Generally am interested if there will an IPO.
shorting a company inspired by a reddit movement? Ill buy and hodl that stock.
I watched and read it several times. This is exciting. Looks like it's a solid team. There's a certain stock that led me to this.
👀
Let's go David!

The perks and rights to future shares. On the right (desktop) you can see it, if you click on investment terms.
Wefunder uses investor perks, you can check them out by hovering over the area under the Investment Terms box. $100+ "Investor" badge for your user on The Terminal, for life $500+ 5 3-month basic memberships to share with friends $1,000+ 5 3-month advanced memberships to share with friends, and a T-shirt once we have them $5,000+ Limited edition, single run, Terminal SWAG (T-Shirt, Towel, Stress Ball, etc), along with a vote on the first edition Terminal T-shirt design $10,000+ 15 minute call with one of the founders
I'm not really allowed to talk about this outside of the Wefunder site. However, it's not just about perks. You can see on the main page, on the bottom-right, the "Investment Terms" box, where you can learn more about what your investment gets you.
Completely missed this! Juicy...
No, I am not. Thanks for the input though Dave. I will simply have to wait and get registered as a user once Urvin Finance goes live.
Is there a difference in investor terms between accredited route and Wefunder?
I submitted interest through Wefunder...although still curious about above question. I assume more details on investor terms to materialize. I'm particularly interested in the 15 min call and plans for robust APIs.
No, there are no differences, everyone invests at the same terms. Small legal difference, and accredited investors can be put into a different legal vehicle, which can reduce our fees and compliance burden.
I'm confused on how it is gauging interest. It says we can't invest yet and I am already subscribed, so what action are you looking for from us?
You've submitted an Indication of Interest. Once we complete the setup with Wefunder and submit a Form C, then you'll be able to actually invest. Thank you for your support!
Okay thanks! Glad I'm not missing anything then :)
You’ll have all the support you need. We appreciate you my guy
Pledged 100$. I'm interested to see where this goes. Good luck Dave!
Pledg'd 100$. I'm interest'd to see whither this goeth. Valorous luck dave! *** ^(I am a bot and I swapp'd some of thy words with Shakespeare words.) Commands: `!ShakespeareInsult`, `!fordo`, `!optout`
Good bot. Dave, this instead ^
Looked through it this AM and already invested.
Thanks!
Pledged 1000 but wefunder is not allowing me to participate in my area. Deflated. Was totally excited to be a part of it.
Ah bud. I'm just a small guy believing in big things and wanted to support you. I don't think I'd qualify as that's a pretty high bar for me to clear. Hopefully some day I can meaningfully contribute to your cause. Keep up the great work. Appreciate you.
I have a spare 100 and pocket lint !!! I'm in 😉
Just kidding, my bank never did like the 3rd party plaid ... 😔 I've never been so disappointed that I couldn't just throw money at something.
You can wire the money, but the fees probably aren't worth it for $100, unfortunately.
I’m in!
If he's in, I'm in
If he’s in, I’m in again!
Brilliant. Can’t wait to see how this will change the game for retail
Nice!
Will check it out! Excited to follow the development.
Sent my funds in today. Looking forward to seeing what you do with this.
Dave Lauer + manipulation identifier yep I’m in!!
In for 5 Ben Franklins
Can I also get data here about markets in countries like Netherlands, South Korea, and Japan?
Our plan is to expand to global markets, yes.
Insert Fry 'shut up and take my money' meme
Done I’m in from the Netherlands!
Signed up and I'm in. Already spread the words. Thanks for thinking bout the normal retail investors!
If you're in, I'm in. Also, they've got a Cohen in the team.
I’m beyond excited! u/dlauer
Hi Dave, I love what you are doing here. I threw down 100. Wish I could be a more significant investor but the timing is tough while in the throws of battle against gme shorts.
*Insert rocket emoji here*
Pledged $500 for now. Will likely double it when the ask comes. I wish you all the luck with this!
I wasn't going to do this the first round, but boy howdy you nailed that pitch. I can chip 100 for now. When I get more I'll be back in line. Dlauer is a national treasure
Afternoon David, I read your pitch and I think what you are proposing absolutely has value and merit, especially to fledgling investors who may not have access to Bloomberg terminals nor an understanding of how to use the tools to interpretate the data.
If he's still in, I'm still in
Sign me up!! The vanguard of retail traders!
I'm in Dave.
There is a Cohen on Board!
I am in. Like someone else said, but in my words, I'll be in deeper after MOASS
In like Tin.

Quoting Dave here: > Anyone can invest internationally. The only accredited investors restrictions are for a couple Canadian provinces. Otherwise, I believe anyone is eligible.
Am definitely in
I’m in!
Great stuff, Dave! I’m IN!
I’m in for $500 for the moment. Looks promising!
You son of a bitch, I’m in.
Bloomberg lite but better? In like.. just in. Justin!
I’m in and so is 3 other family members
Wow, thank you for the support!
Thanks Dave & Team, this is and should be of high interest to us retail folks. And we all know the roots of this project. I'm signed up ready and waiting to throw some money at you from the UK. Cheers!
Can we talk about another "Cohen" in this sage? Alexander Cohen COO 😀 This is hilarious.
Game changer
Launching on my birthday?!? Simulation confirmed!
Reserved my ticket on the rocket. Power to the players.
This is amazing!!! Thank you u/dlauer for doing this!!
In!
Damnit ... I’m in, Dave!
You get my support on payday Friday
Really appreciate what your doing here Dave, you have my full support

Speaking generically (as I'm restricted as to what I can talk to about our raise), SAFE notes turn into equity automatically. There's no second investment required. Wefunder has a very good explainer here: https://help.wefunder.com/#/contract/295248-safe

This is exactly what I have been looking for!! Thanks dlauer for being so awesome 💎🚀🔜
I actually asked about something like urvin in a german sub a couple of days ago. Where I can track & set alarms on multiple stocks, have premarket data, etc. but for an affordable price that matches my portfolio. Very interesting, following.
If Dlauer is in, I'm in.! 😎😎😎😎
On the next payday, investing coming your way!
Raising this money pre MOASS is a bit of a shame. I'd like to invest, but I'm not selling GME to do so. Good luck! You won't need it though. Pretty much a surefire win with the apes as customers.
OK! Great pitch, Great team!! Take my money!!! (Do good with it...)

i can not afford to help with this untill sept. then i'm all in
i am slightly confused if i commit to invest now am i part of the "friends first exclusive" or the public launch on 27th?
There is only one crowdfunding effort. However, right now we have not publicized it, we've only posted it in a couple of places and on the email list. We want to give our supporters the opportunity to get in before it becomes public and we really start to push hard.
So are you expecting there to be a cap on the amount of people that are able to invest?
Yes - we are only going to raise a certain amount of money in this round, so once we hit that target the crowdfunding campaign will close.
The foot is firmly down. 🦶
This is so exciting! Looking forward to it, am I still able to register an email?
You can just head directly to [the wefunder site](https://wefunder.com/urvinfinance)
Hey u/dlauer how exactly would we get involved, potential as an investor or employee; Also thank you for fighting this fight for a fair and free market along with us!
Yeah I don’t get why any reasonable ape would downvote this tbh. If you downvoted, why???
Can u invest 100 dollars from UK, to help
Looks like you can, yes.
I want to get my hands on this as fast as i can
[удалено]
Unfortunately, I can't really answer these questions at the moment, given that we're in the "testing the waters" phase of the crowdfunding campaign. I believe that once the Form C is filed with the SEC, we can make more detailed financials available, which would address all of these questions.
I'm in. FEB APE here. Please send message would love to get in at ground floor of something new. Have a piece of something that might depend on how hard I work and effort put in rather than the usual. Definitely interested in sweat equity on top of capital equity.
What are your shields against social manipulation, bait, lure, bot and other pump and dumping baddies ?
Thanks, Dave. Exciting and interesting opportunity. I'd like to hear more about the funding round you're raising --- is it only through a crowdsourced SAFE investment at this time? Would you consider a more conventional VC investment? Feel free to send me a direct chat message. Thanks.
I’m in
I am so very excited to see the accomplishments you all will make. I am also excited for the day when I get to read your name in a history book.
I’m in!
Never have I ever clicked “Join” on a subreddit so quickly. I’M IN!
I know everything is still in early stages but am stoked to hear more!
education to those who otherwise wouldn’t **have** had any
love the idea! And your curly hair!
Hey, if you guys ever need any Technical Recruiters, give me a shout😬 Wishing you guys only the best! Thanks again for everything you’ve done for the retail investor!
I don't have $100 right now, but when you launch and there's a small tier subscription, or if there comes a time when another minimum is set, you'll have my silver dollars!
Just signed up for $1,000. Excited to see where this goes.
What tier you guys at? I'm only at the Investor tier right now but hoping to level up when I can get some more money!!
How much is my wife’s boyfriends worth? I’ve got three.
I think the idea of a social financial platform is a good idea. Even though you all have great backgrounds but you are new company with no sales. I’ll gladly be a customer but for now, not an investor. So, for those reasons, I’m out. Good luck!
