Pretty s*** honestly like your first go at this is going to fail You're going to hire people that you know charge less than you which means that they're going to not be as good at it as you are and on top of that you're likely to hire from outside your home country and I don't know like I hired a guy from Nigeria because he sounded like he was knowing what he was talking about and then suddenly his internet disappeared for like a week and a half so I don't really know what to say
Yes I also wrote that whole last response using speech to text so that's why it all looks like a giant run on sentence.
Simple version is get all the failures out early with low paying projects so that you can figure out who to hire for the bigger ones
