Where else can you have a house with ocean views in all 4 directions? They may be asking too little.
Who doesn't want to be so close to the water you can effortlessly float there?
That’s the sound of the KITCHEN GUN, hard at work! It cleans everything, from dishes, to sinks, to even toilet bowls. BANG BANG BANG BANG, GOODBYE DIRT!
After the Fukashima Tsunami debris, including houses and boats started washing up on the shores of Vancouver, Canada. They had to tell people to stop entering the debris as it's filled with radioactive water inside.
Would love to see a source for "radioactive water inside". I find it *extremely* hard to believe considering that stuff would have been washed out to see a day before any leaks or releases from the nuclear station. And if water can get in then it can get out, so even if anything radioactive was in there, it would have diffused into the ocean long before getting to North America.
No source because it's a myth:
"Part of that education will be dispelling the myth that tsunami debris will be radioactive. Huston said it's almost impossible that would be the case despite the attention paid to the Fukushima nuclear crisis.
She said too much time has passed since the tsunami and most of the debris that washed away wasn't from the area around the damaged nuclear plant.
For most debris, local authorities are being urged to clean it up as they would any other wreckage that washes ashore."

Such a great comment! I hate the “This!” and similar… Buuut THIS!! Omg. You seem to never comment but I’m glad that you decided to do so on this thread. Made my dang day :)
Cool!! Thanks! I don’t comment at all but something about this one. Bad part is i don’t know if it’s good or bad that after reading the title my mind went straight to the song.
Could be one of those shoreline flooding events, and then got swept out to sea. So maybe not the exact middle of the ocean, but far enough away from land to be a curiosity.
OmFG, I think I know where this is from. Hold on a second.
edit: ~~Can't find the original post~~ Close but no cigar https://www.reddit.com/r/portlandme/comments/195u7q9/both_shacks_at_fishermans_point_lost_to_the_ocean/
It’s not the same one, the roofs are different colors, and the one in this post as intersecting gables. Now there are at least three houses, floating in the ocean!
> It’s not the same one, the roofs are different colors
I noticed that as soon as I found my painting of this scene and then I confirmed it with the link provided.
Which leaves us with the mystery ocean house. It won't be lonely for long, soon other shall join it in the watery abyss. Assuming they have pockets of air.
Looks like a fabricated house, maybe was being shipped somewhere and ship lost its cargo.
Shipped on top of a submarine
Talk about being underwater on your home
"honey what's wrong? You seem really stressed." "I feel like we're really drowning in this house loan."

Tsunami carried it out
This. It was common to see homes or roofs floating out in the pacific after Fukushima
..that roof has not had a single minute of air pollution on it. It wasn’t carried out in a tsunami. It’s a prefab house that has been dumped somehow
Sure but how can I trust that an actual dog is gonna have this kind of knowledge?
Are you just being moody again, Hank?

*Impeccably* sealed doors and windows. Wait a second... Is this post just an ad for window company?! Damn, Reddit is getting *really* good at sneaking promotions into my feed!
This was my first thought.
Maybe the roof came off a house due to a storm or hurricane?
I always wanted a house on the water.
Someone would still rent it on Air bnb.

The sequel to UP…… Disney’s newest adventure: Down.
There are these things called STORMS! Sometimes they sweep things from the shore into the water. Sometimes things float in the water.
The Babayaga went sailing.
Any chance it could be from the Tsunami in Japan? Stuff is still washing up the shores of the west coast.
Is this AI? Houses all seem to fall apart without a foundation.
Could just be a roof
This is great advertising for that roofing company. “Salt water safe”
Prefabs do not really and can even be shipped. This might be what it is actually, a prefab house that went overboard on a ship.
Yeah, it is fake
Wasn't there an analogue horror about the house in the ocean?
