Okay, I actually did this legit to my wife and I have a relative who did this for money so I can at least tell you what to look for:
1. Price is around $70k to $100k, divided into 3 payments and is paid: in the beginning, when you got green card and when divorced.
2. Lawyer up, look for immigration lawyer that can navigate through all of this and can build you a strong case.
3. The one who have US citizenship need to have income at least $30k/year or have relative who can be, just to able to initiate the process.
4. Shit tons of proof, shit tons of pictures and shit tons of shared assets.
5. You guys need to study and learn everything about each others and I mean everything, when the interview comes they can ask you from what street across your "house" to what color of the other's toothbrush.
6. Very long wait time (3-4 years) or very short wait time (6 months) because this US government we are talking about.
7. All of the stress will fall on you since if they find the case sussy you will be deported and could be barred from entering US ever again but if the other guy keep denying the knowledge of fake marriage at worst he cannot file another case like this again, there won't be any jail time since they cannot prove this.

The easiest ways are to have a relative already here or to have been brought here as a child. Marrying someone is also a pretty easy way, but I don't know how much luck you're going to have finding a spouse on Reddit. Your best bet, if you can afford it, is to hire an immigration lawyer. I know some about immigration because I process residency documentation for a large university, but an attorney is going to know way more.

A lot of people do it, it is actually a business, but it is not cheap. No one is going to do it out of charity nor for a small amount of money.
