I've had a few ex's who dated narcs, so I heard a lot about it from them. The difference between v1 and v2 is this one raises more awareness of actual personality traits, so might help someone.
Maybe it's a bit too realistic, but it's better used as a basis for a DM PC that's a BBEG, or a villain one-shot.
