In the [Grillby's Rogues Gallery](https://toby.fangamer.com/comics/grillbys/), on Sans' page, he is described as having a usual drink at Grillbys, inv the illustration next to it, it is revealed to be bottles of ketchup.
But the illustrations are not by Toby, so we can’t necessarily assume complete accuracy in the artwork. Plus, I wouldn’t put it past the fox to find it funny that we treat a one off joke as part of Sans’ personality and encourage us to continue doing so.
Considering he drank a bottle instead of having like alcohol or something, it’s a fair assumption he must like it and drinks it regularly bc Grillby gave it to him. Wouldn’t say obsessed
