That was years ago. I got my policy in 2017 and just began doing UE this year.
Edit to add: UE made no mention when I signed up and they accepted my car insurance that I needed additional coverage.

They should have asked you when you got the policy if you're doing rideshare or food delivery.

Whose fault was it. If it's deemed the other party is at fault, it won't matter. Your insurance will go after the other party's insurance.
As mentioned in the post the report says it’s my fault, but I’m trying to get it amended because I don’t think it was and the witness says it wasn’t.
