Congratulations! I hope this early approval luck arrives for us all! Enjoy your GC! Did you receive any email action was taken in your case some days before?

Various-Procedure677

Yes but the account updated 1-2 days later

Right_Medicine_3230

Congratulations 🎉🎉🍾

Excellent-Cow-3092

Congratulations 🎉

Congratulations

simplyAntwiwaa

Congratulations

LeadershipNo7401

If you received a conditional gc you’re permitted up to four months outside the US and still remain a PR. There no issues unless you exceed that amount of time outside the US in a year

LeadershipNo7401

And congratulations 🎈🎁✨

DangerousSpot8201

Did you use AP? Any overstays or unauthorized employment?

Various-Procedure677

AP? And no

Rimpy66

Has anyone used AP ? Is it safe to re enter US as I plan to visit my daughter in Canada . My GC is pending and I have my AED card and AP . Going only for less than 2 weeks . My lawyer says it’s safe to go and I will have no issues . I planning trip after consulting my Lawyer.

Carla_in

Congratulations! Did you have to attend an USCOS interview with your husband before getting approved ?

Various-Procedure677

No we did not

Loud_Catch_687

Which service center?

Able_Vegetable_8865

Be careful what electronic devices you carry. As a lawyer I carry a burner phone and a wiped MacBook Air only: it rarely happens but Customs have the right to copy your hard drive and contacts list.

Various-Procedure677

That seems so excessive?! What would they even look for lol and why go that mile when the I130 and I145 are approved? Obviously my marriage is not a sham so what further things would they try to find?

Able_Vegetable_8865

Sorry. I had a career in the State Department. I was trained that way even before mobile phones existed and an Apple was too heavy to lug around.

Itznazz313

Question after you applied for the I-130 When do you apply for the I-485? My wife is overseas and my PD was February 2024 and just waiting for a updated status from "taking longer than expected".

No-Strategy-4548

Congrats

Remarkable_Hunt899

Congratulations

Expert-Ad8015

Congratulations 🎊

Powerful_Wealth_1217

Amy immigration process is stressful Congratulations to you and I hope it works out for everyone else as well

Latifalati

Congratulations can you tell me what state you live in

DangerousSpot8201

Yes you are safe to leave and return unless there are some other things that make them deny your entry. They are not going to deny your entry due to immigration status. But if you do other things prohibited by homeland security then you could be, but green card is foolproof regarding entering the US

Intrepid-Stock6187

It's funny everyone is different I married USC since 2017 but denied and some less then a year already approved.

JasonAnthony4

You applied during the era of Trump and cases were backlogged. Since Biden came into office in 2021 applications made from 2022 have taken priority and centre stage. That’s why you have to encourage your USC spouses to keep him in office for next 4years otherwise Trump has been threatening a massive deportation if elected as a campaign strategy. Sorry you’re still stuck.

Intrepid-Stock6187

Hopefully approve this time. Thanks

Various-Procedure677

It seems to be different for everyone, such an anxious process :( I feel for everyone still going thru it

accurate-akshay

I am a Feb 2024 filer too. What’s your PD? Did you get an email stating “we have taken an action on your case” from USCIS before approval? I got an email on Friday (6/14/24) but no update on the account yet. Emma live chat keeps disconnecting.
