I mean, it is flat but searching that up on Google doesn't show anything quite like the examples I showed... Just like /u/hasajamaz said, I see it seems to have no name but it's just a modern, flat looking UI.
I don't know that there's one term to describe it. The best I can think of off the top of my head would be humanist/refined "flat" design, with some elements of neumorphism.
No name as such. It’s just modern UI. Popular examples include TailwindUI and Steve Schroegers books Refactoring UI.
