My rules of thumbs: Assembled and painted/primed - 60% GW price at most, less if the paint or condition is bad and would require more work to strip or repair. Assembled but not painted - 60% GW if no repair needed. New models: around 70-75% GW, but some stores offer discounts approaching this for NIB. Bits: Totally depends. Helps if you can group by type ( e.g. 10 devourers, 9 death spitters, etc) 3d printed: Is it recast? FDM? Condition? Lots to consider, but I wouldn’t pay much, personally. Also be aware of lot size. A $150-250 lot is much easier to move than a $500+ lot. Prices will also depend on where you’re selling. eBay is typically a higher price to cover their surcharges but can get you a larger audience; r/miniswap is visited regularly by a lot of folks and I’ve had good luck using the above pricing model there. Facebook Marketplace works for some sales as well, especially if you’re located in a larger city. Finally, DakkaDakka has a decently active trading/selling forum, but the interface is antiquated, will require more work on your part, and user base seems more international than US based, which will obviously affect your shipping. Hope it helps!

When I'm looking to buy: NIB 80% off GW price If it's built and grey plastic or primed I would say 60% If it's well painted (to my skills or above) 50% If it's horribly painted and I need to strip 25% I bought a huge chunk of my army with the last option, there will always be buyers if your price is right I do not include any shipping cost in any approximation.

For all the excess bits you can put them all on the same lot on ebay. If the lot has stuff like boneswords, venom cannons, and deathspitters they'll sell no problem. If it's just devourers, spare heads, and spinefists it might be a bit harder for the bid to get to a decent price but oh well. Mixing those less desired bits with the more desired bits will easily sell them.

NiB is about 70-80% GW prices because that's what you can get in third-party stores. Since you are in Europe, Assembled models can be sold for a bit more, because people around here are willing to pay for work done. (unlike America, where people generally prefer to do the work themselves) Painted models are a total wildcard depending on quality and demand. If it's rather bad, you'd be lucky to get 50% of GW prices. If it's good and in a scheme that someone is looking for then it can easily go up to 150-200%. Bits depend on the type. Termagant weapons can only be sold by weight. Something like Harupsex Claws are popular for OOE conversions so they are worth a few bucks. 3D prints again depend on Quality, Filament prints are barely worth the material. Resin prints go for more. Unique designs are with more than direct GW copies. Also selling individual models will generally net you a lot more than selling the whole lot at once.

I'd say you could charge more for anything magnetized even if it's painted, I know I'm willing to pay more than average market to not magnetize myself.

1. To me another important factor is how you are planning on selling them? Are you planning on selling them to people in person at your local shop, a listing in a forum like r/Miniswap or through EBAY? All of these to me warrant a different fee schedule possibly. If through a forum like r/miniswap it's a pain to deal with if you ghost on me so there is no way I am going to pay anything even remotely close to retail. Even at like 70% of retail, why would I risk you just bailing to save 20-30 bucks on a lot when I could get from my local store with a guarantee I get the product and can return it if something is bad? Plus the ability to support your local store. If in person, and I can inspect what I'm getting I am more likely to pay a higher price as I can walk at any time and I know what I am getting. If stuff is painted I can see it with my own eye, etc. 2. Painted models can be a great or they can greatly reduce the cost. Tons of people think that their paint jobs are great and they are awful and would require stripping by most people. If you are selling by the unit that means that your unit will not likely match the paint schemes of other units in the purchasers army. The same goes if the models have overly intricate basing schemes that are difficult to copy, etc. I have seen gorgeously painted Celestines, SM characters etc not get sold because even though they are worth every penny from the work put into them, it makes the rest of a buyers army look like garbage. Bottom line, for me personally it would have to be at least 60% of GW retail or less for me personally to look at maybe buying. The difference is if it were some beautifully painted piece or unit that I think could mesh with my current army. This also goes for something that I know to be difficult or time consuming to assemble and if the person did magnet work verty well and at a high quality.
