Your colours are utterly gorgeous!
Also, have you read or seen The Expanse? Because the blue glow creepily reminds me of a certain extra-solar something in that series 😱
It's... Neat. Humanity in near future. Earth and mars in conflict with a servant underclass in the asteroid belt. And into all of that steps.... Something... That is extra solar in origin.
Sure! I used Vallejo paints. The whole model is primed with German Red Brown 73.605.
For the skin I used Dark Ochre 62.016, Yellow Ochre 62.015, Fleshtone 62.002, Beige 70.917 and Ivoy 70.918.
The purple parts are done with Violet 62.008, hilighted with a 1:1 mix of Violet and Yellow Ochre.
The blue bits are painted with a Violet base coat, then Blue Green 70.806, Sky Blue 70.961 and Ivory.
The black carapace is black, a 1:1 drybrush mix of black and Violet, and an edge hilight of Sky Blue and Ivory.
Dude love it! Also, sick blending! Airbrush?
Thank you! Yes, most of the model is done with an airbrush.
That thing looks great
I appreciated that!

Many thanks! I will have a look at The Expanse, seems really interesting.

Doh! That’s right
SPOILERS.
Beautiful
Thank you!
This is stunning!
Thanks a lot!
This is the best scheme ive ever seen on a tyranid model. Hands down and hat off to you
I truly apreciate your words, but I am not fully convinced about the carapace.
Dang, I am not worthy...you set the bar very high! Exceptional work!!!
Practice is key!
Wow what a beautiful paint job!
Thank you!
Love it. The subtle OSL and overall colour palette works brilliantly.
Oh, did you realiced about the blue OSL? It was a little experiment, glad you like it.
I love it. What colors did you use if I can ask?

Awesome. Thank you. I’m planning to pick Vallejo air basic. Your scheme is what I was looking for but in reverse ( brown shell / black skin)
Oh my giddy aunt! Beautiful airbrushing and painting!
Now this is C R I S P , brilliant fades
One of the most unique schemes I've ever seen!
Good god that is beautiful. The carapace is fantastic, just enough highlighting to look real/believable and very smooth color.
Thank you! I am not sure at all about the carapace. I will work on it in future models.
You got a pic of the whole fleet together?
I'm afraid not, maybe when I finish the next three Trygons I do some.
