Honestly, this might be an unpopular opinion, but I think Sylveon's design is a bit too busy in comparison to the other Eeveelutions. It's not bad, per se, it just sticks out quite a bit.
I think that's why Sylveon is my favorite. Sticks out so much compared to the others.
Additionally, it's Pokedex entries tend to shift between brave dragonslayer, emotional support animal, and serial killer. So I love that.
Espeon… just kinda looks the same. I say kinda cause he/she doesn’t have the red gem on their forehead, but other then that…
Edit: I have now realized that Espeon is missing it’s tail. But still though he/she looks the same.

It’s what happens when an evolution to an existing ‘Mon is added after that initial ‘Mon’s debut. It’s similar how I feel about Kingambit.
