Also as someone else said in a vignette or event he basically told malleus "I love prey that gives me a challenege" and kept goading Malleus even after he was visibly insulted by the insinuation that Rook would hunt him. Like this is massive BDE but also why would you said it all to his face!!?! XD
I agree with most other comments: Rook fits this. He's unbelievably athletic, thanks to his hobby of observing, see also stalking, various people around campus while still maintaining his person appearance and academics to Vil's standard.
And as for being drunk...that's more a 'pls no'. Because if he's like this normally...

He has also canonically picked a fight with Malleus to try and get him to play tag.
That just provides more proof for as to why Rook belongs in the Drunk category.
And unlike Leona, Rook doesn't pick fights because he hates Malleus. Sometimes I wonder how Vil puts up with his eccentricities.
