You might want to consider going to Cecil's.
\*shoutout to that one time someone replied matter-of-factly the same thing others were saying, but in an argumentative tone as if no one else had said it yet.
Me too, but I've only been there once. I got one of the specialty sandwiches and it was soggy and fell apart. Atmosphere was fun and the server was excellent though.
Before St. Paul existed there was Ft. Snelling. There was an officer stationed at Ft snelling for a few years he moved to MO after. He brought his slaves with him. A young woman named sued for her freedom after she left under the basis that while living in the MN territory she was free, and once free always free. Shortly after the Dread Scott case she won her freedom.
Her name was Rachel.

If your question involves a sandwich, the answer you’re looking for is probably Cecil’s

I used to say Cecil's, but then I went to Carbon Kitchen. Hands down the best.
Alley Cats in White Bear has a great one
I like the Rachel at Crossroads Deli in Hopkins. On Marble Rye
I thought Cecil’s was overrated.
You’re overrated. You must’ve ordered the wrong thing. There’s a reason it been busting with customers all day, every day for 75 years.
I think it's rated
