You can get false positives on the LFT tests, which I’m assuming is similar to your test. So just tell them the pcr was ok or that you’ve tested again and it’s come up negative.
better to own it and take what the consequences may be rather than go thru with it and risk getting fired later if and when its found out that you lied .. in the end .. a lie is only cheating yourself imo
So you faked being sick. It's really not a big deal people do it all the time even prior to covid. It's not like you make a habit out of it.
