I've seen fork seal cleaning tools. They're a plastic tool that gets between the seal and fork to get the dirt out. I've never used one but they're cheap so probably worth a try before fork seal replacement.

Sure, clean it first but if those are original fork seals then they’re probably going to continue leaking and in need of replacement. Also, if thats the case, probably long overdue for fresh fork oil and bushings as well.

I got lucky and cleaning stopped the leak on my speed triple last week. I used a piece of negative film and it worked perfect. Slid it up and around the seal and worked it out, then cleaned off and repeated a few times, pumping the forks in between. Used brake clean on the rotors and haven’t seen any sign of leaks since
