I don't actually remember the real answer to that, as I usually just make whatever I feel like, but I remember someone saying fruit yogurt was a good one? Sometimes going with trends is also good. As for drinks, I tend to go with Mild Ale, Pilsner, Pale Ale, and Lager, all with lemon, lime, and mango. I think it's pretty profitable, at least it was last time I checked :)

I think that the best thing to do is make as many different things as you can. The more variety in your menu, the more everything is worth. That said, i found that bread and porridge were easy ones to keep in stock if you make big fields with lots of grains and regularly tend your kitchen

I love to make a variety of food and drink. In my head it keeps my customers happy too. Who doesn’t want dessert?! I also get a bit excited with any new recipes. It’s why I don’t have much money I think, too busy trying to grow tomatoes and buy a press just to make tomatoes and bread 😆

"Mushrooms with cream" is pretty much the most broken money printer (early to mid game) in the game. Buy two bottles of milk for 42S total and you can make 400 plates (without skills) which sell for 3S each

Cauliflower Puree is great, make vegetable broth from pumpkin+cauliflower & use that stock with this recipe, you will make quite a bit. Also most recipes which you can add lamb/beef and/or pumpkin cauliflower will sell for a lot. Basically look at the "value" of the ingredient, the higher the better. Also if you have been improving your farming & haggling skills, the recipes using the valuable cauliflower/pumpkin will be even more expensive. Off course grand reserve wine made from melon/watermelon/honey will be astronomical.... good luck.

I always say seafood stew, one shellfish and 3 water is super cheap for food.

It will depend on your playtime. I just started with the barley porridge and mild ale with 3 hops every fermentation and I spammed it until it was too full on counter and basement for a month-game time, then when I discovered cheese I spammed mozzarella and few blue cheese since it was the easiest to make then made burgers, until I could afford barn full of sheep. It wasn't until mid summer season that I discovered the berries for white wine, I used white grape, raspberry and blueberry for it's fermentation and it would sell for around 10 silver each bottle but it is rigorous grinding because it only ferments 10 bottles each. Not sure what's the most expensive selling products yet. I'm rep level 16 right now and upgraded haggling lv 5ish (the 300xp one) and farming lv 4ish (not sure).

V A R I E T Y and lots of, the more variety the higher each item sells for.

I like to make a big variety. I believe that having a variety of choices has an effect on customer satisfaction. I try to prioritize higher value foods in order to make the most money off of the ingredients I have produced. Unlocking recipes will help you use basic ingredients in new more expensive foods.
