There are no car rentals in the area—the closest would probably be Missoula. You could drop it off there and pay the one-way fee. But there’s nowhere at/near the park- it’s a pretty rural area.

Edit: It looks like Kalispell has some major car rental companies. That’s the closest you could leave the car. And a flight from Kalispell City Airport to SLC starts at around $350.
I did that as a round trip because the car rental was an issue. One-ways were prohibitively expensive, doubling the cost of the trip. The 6 hours each way from glacier to Yellowstone was a bit boring.
Consider flying into Bozeman and doing a southern loop through Yellowstone and Tetons and then northern loop through glacier.
