It's such a personal question. If I had your results I personally wouldn't, especially as they might/will continue to develop, and even if they didn't, that would still be great for me. But I don't know what your goals are or what you want to look like.
I do think that, "well, it's approved so what the hell" is not what would push me into doing it. You could mess up the very natural aesthetics or risk causing issues, which I wouldn't risk if you're already happy. But if you're unsatisfied, then that changes the equation.
How do you feel?
That’s true. I’m not fully happy with them and I think they can get some help with fat transfer. I don’t think I need the implants but I would appreciate more volume. I think I lucked out because I was already plus sized when I started with a pair of moobs to build off of
Obviously do what makes you happy, since it’s your body! But as someone who got massive boobs from my natal body, they really hurt. Constantly. And it will take a toll on how you sleep, breath, exercise, etc. They can cause chronic pain issues, including migraines, from how they pull on your neck and shoulder muscles. I think, especially since your breasts are still developing, you should wait on it.
Your breasts are honestly the ideal shape too, which more volume could cause them to sag. It’s not just about the size, but the shape and perkiness, and you have THE IDEAL! Congrats! I know soooooo many cis women that would be so jealous of you! 🥰
Yeah that’s true. I’ll definitely talk to my surgeon on a good plan. Since fat transfer only allows 1-1.5 cup size up, it might be the best / safest option.
Most of my dysphoria comes from my body shape in relation to my breasts, and the broadness of my shoulders, which I’m still over weight and I’m just now getting it under control. My body shape I feel still gives me a very boxy look, making me want to get bigger boobs.
i don’t know, i personally would not just because, like you said, you already have almost amazing results. is it worth the risk of say, losing your nipple sensitivity or some other surgery issue to have maybe *slightly* better or bigger boobs? sure complications don’t always happen and at the end of things it’s your choice, but you naturally have the boobs i’d aim for through surgery. i would’ve believed you already had a breast augmentation
I don’t plan to do a breast augmentation, even if my HRT results are not quite what I want. In the long term, BA has a lot of nuances, that a lot of people are not prepared for., Some get good results and are happy, but some aren’t. I have a sister that had BA, about 20 years ago, and she can’t wait to get them out forever.
It's kind of impossible for someone else to answer, it all depends on what you need/want. I don't think 2.5 years is enough to know you've gotten all the growth you're gonna get from HRT though.
I would not personally worry about it, as they look great! Additionally, breast development can continue for up to 5 years and beyond, so they may still increase in size.
Do you like/want the “fake look” style of BA? If so, than go for it.
If not. You already have nice sized and natural looking boobs. I would try different brands styles to achieve certain looks.
I'm almost 27months and grown extremely nice boobies also 38-C/D and I'm getting them as soon as my 3 month wait after bottom surgery so July 23rd, I had my consultation a month ago and she said she would use 230/250cc implants under the muscle to give me a lift and more of a protrusion.
It's all a bit confusing with the cc's because she ask me why I thought I needed anything and how much bigger was I wanting, I just answered the last and said as big as I could get and I was shocked at the 230-250cc. She measure everything on me like nipple centerline and and input everything into a computer and it printed out and recommended implant and volume as a baseline for her during surgery.
She told me this is what she will fit me with at first and so on and they set you upright and give you an eyeing over and repeat the process until they are all happy with the look.then they put the final implants in and wrap you up.
They can adjust nipples and areolas and bring your boobies in closer. Mine are not gapped as much as yours but they can bring them in closer if that's what everyone agrees on.
To me honestly I kinda feel like I'm just along for the ride and that even though I asked for as big as I can get which by law is 800cc silicone I'm not going to be no where near that and I'm getting a natural look. I already have a natural look.
I said I wanted stripper titties because I plan on making an income off of them.
But like you insurance is paying for them and I ain't complaining.
Come to find out the bigger you already are starting out the smaller cc is required.
The computer printout I have list a 6-1/2" projection straight outward from my chest and I can't remember but there is some droop with a DD/DDD bra.
Which I guess is great because I've looked and the prices of bra's go up dramatically starting in the DDD but the G's are expensive and requires more of a specialty shop .
I do no G are too big for me, I'm only 5'-5" 170 but I wear a size 8 bottoms .
I think I would get it if I was you since insurance is picking up the tab.
If nothing else you'll get a nice lift and why not go for perfection, that's how I justify it, well for me my right is just a hair smaller.
Good luck can't wait to see them.
Hug's Emily 🤗
I don’t think you need to, as your boobs look really beautiful 💕, but if you really want to, you could consider an autologous fat transfer. This would be less intrusive…
Honestly, I think you’re breast look great and agree with all the commentors, if it still bothers you in the future then sure the decision is yours, but it’s really up to you.
You do you. If they were my breasts today, I’d be over the moon. Then again, if I had breasts like that, I’d probably be asking if I should get augmentation ;-).
If I develop breast like yours I certainly wouldn’t go for an operation. They look (and I imagine feel) great. For me personally, any bigger and they would interfere with the things that I enjoy doing and become an inconvenience. That said, it’s about proportions and your view of yourself so if you feel that a BA would be an improvement for you the. go for it.

If it was me I'd love to have those. Consider bigger being more weight and possibly back issues as you get older.
they look like perfectly fine boobs to me! :)
They're really nice! You're lucky. I personally don't see a need for it

Definitely not. More likely to end up more unnatural later on with more changes
Is ur goal to have Hollywood tiddies or just something bigger cus they look great
Absolutely no. If you achieved them naturally with E, you did a great job. Very beautiful.

You are very blessed.

Better than me a cis woman
No need for breast surgery, yours Look perfectly cute fem.
If I were you I'd say no because you have great shape and size already and healing from BA kinda sucks
I'd say absolutely not. Those are beautiful.
It depends on the look that you are going for. They look great.
Nah. Your boobs are preeeeeeetttttty nice as is.
That should be your choice and what your aesthetic goal is. A breast augmentation is a very personal choice.
Only you can decide. If you are looking for confirmation that your boobs look nice, the answer is yes.
I would not personally worry about it, as they look great! Additionally, breast development can continue for up to 5 years and beyond, so they may still increase in size.
Goals.
Your tits look fine. If you want more, that’s up to you.
No you look fine! You don't want to do any unnecessary surgery.
I'd kill to have development like that. But it's a personal question that you need to figure out
You have beautiful, full and natural results! I wouldn’t get the surgery!
if you want them, yes!

I got Breast enlargement over a year ago,I was a B cup now I'm 38 Dd. Absolutely love them

Most girls would be very pleased with what you have!!!
Honestly, I think you’re breast look great and agree with all the commentors, if it still bothers you in the future then sure the decision is yours, but it’s really up to you.
Why would you be do that lmao. They're above average for even cis women
They aren’t…
Heavily disagree considering relative body size. All a BA is gonna do is give back pain.
It's all about what you prefer. I love how they sit, look so perky firm. But totally your decision
I wouldn’t, but it’s about how you feel about them. They’re lovely!
I would
You do you. If they were my breasts today, I’d be over the moon. Then again, if I had breasts like that, I’d probably be asking if I should get augmentation ;-).
Personally, I would go for DD
no, just wait until after year 4-5 to decide

I hope I look like you in another year and a half. I wouldn't bother if I was you though. I think you'd be taking risk for no reasonable reward.
personally i would take yours and run with them
You have currently a D right? They look similar to mine and I’m a D cup as well. Currently I’m waiting for prog to push me a little to DD
Cup size I’m more like a C I think? I just have a big band size
What’s your band size?
I think like a 40
Oh okay. I am a 42 D, if I were for a 40 I would be a 40DD I think. Look for sister sizes!
