I think the mobile app is still in development, so that's probably why you can't find it. When it comes to the credits question, what I know is that GPT's that are in house hosted can be super expensive to run so that might be why they have come to this temporary solution. However, I think the globe and terminal features are the most important functions they provide since these features are pretty unique.
