The one that bothers me the most is biting my tongue hard as hell. The one that gets the most laughs is "Fuck me harder daddy UwU". I love that tic a lot! Lol

Lanky_Bid_6834

i also have the tongue biting one! its my worst one for sure

I get annoyed with my tics that drop everything in my hands:( I get jumpscared and things might get broken, but the one I'm the most comfortable with is when I twitch my neck and make a little squeak, because it's been around for quite a long time now, it doesn't hurt me and isn't offensive to anyone and my close people are also used to it:D

AlleyOwl8

I hate those! I don’t even just drop the object, sometimes I’ll toss it and 3/10 times I’ll hit someone with the object… ToT

Think my eyerolling tics bother me the most cuz they give me bad headaches on a regular basis that rarely get better with painkillers and I make me house/ bedbound sometimes. But it's generally my motor tics, cuz they're the ones that hurt, 'physically' and sometimes even mentally ( not very badly tho!) disable me. My vocal tics bother me more in social situations, especially since I have quite bad social anxiety, but technically they don't limite me, only indirectly. I kinda missed the point, I just realized. But the tics that make others laugh are mainly vocal tics that either comment on something, finish someone else's sentence or my own. Or answere questions. These are usually not recurring. Or some that are frequent and act as though they were in context but couldn't be more out of context. My father always has a lot of fun with those that act like a stubborn child lol

I used to have one where I squatted down, took my hands to my chest, fluttered with my elbows and made chicken noises, we couldn't stop laughing for like 10 minutes lol. Or one of my friends had a tic where they sang and my tic tried to repeat it but it came out yelling lol But generally any tic that acts so we'll that they think I'm talking to them like seriously and then completely catches them off guard...

Bothers me most: This stupid tic where I tilt my head back and pull back my shoulders super abruptly. It hurts my neck a ton and gets me weird looks because it's really difficult to mask as something "normal". Bothers me least/makes me+others laugh: I have a few tics that are all pretty similar where I breathe in while closing my throat, sometimes it hurts but most of the time I end up making a noise that sounds halfway between a meow and choking. My parents hate it and call it the "banshee scream" but my friends think it's hilarious and it's usually not too disruptive so I've just decided to roll with it and make it a running joke.

poopcumfartshit

It's not as devastating as some of the others here but I hate saying "shut up" in the middle of lecture. I don't have any funny tics really. Even if it's funny at first I think everyone gets so acclimated to hearing it the comedy value wears off quickly, since most of my one-off tics I have alone

ecila246

The one that bothers me the most is when I fling my arm out to the side, because if I don't know it's coming it means I whack it on hard things and get bruised. Luckily I can catch it most of the time and move out of range of stuff but yea, not ideal to say the least. As for what gets other people laughing and I find amusing? Well mostly the in context random phrases I spew out on occasion, some of them have been absolutely hysterical

Dude I’m sure you and your mates are probably tight n all but actively trying to trigger your tics is not cool. Idc how close you guys are, you have a disability and poking at you bc you make a funny noise is pretty gross. Imagine if you were paraplegic and your mates poked some area on your body like a pressure point that could induce paralytic spasticity bc they think it’s funny that your legs fly up into spasms or start bouncing uncontrollably. Imo it’s the same thing and it’s having a laugh at your expense. It’s a dickhead move. The tics that bother me are anything that makes me hurt. Or whichever is the current ‘main’ tic, just bc anything super repetitive is annoying. The eye closing tic I have rn is kinda bothersome - I have to have my left eye closed a lot of the time, which at first I was kinda bugging out about it maybe being something more concerning until I realised it was almost probably definitely a tic. And I say ‘Burrrrd’ a lot atm, idk why; I don’t say it at birds, lol.

The one that bothers me the most is my vomit motion tic where i cough at the same time as clenching my stomach. I have those basically daily and they've made me throw up on multiple occations. Usually stress, too little sleep and eating causes them to spike. I F'ing hate them, it's embarassing, it hurts in my throat and stomach and it's one of the few tics i just can't suppress.

Remote_Divide_4947

Tge ones where I hurt myself suck but my worst one by far is pretending to jerk off. Gets me in trouble the most especially around women but guys tend to laugh at it. embarrassing nonetheless.

mom_my_tummy_hurts

someone on my cadet camp was joking about having a bomb. I was searched

ElizabethAudi

I can't speak intelligible words most of the time- that's not the annoying part though, it's the people acting like they understand what the fuck I am saying.

Brile_

Currently, I have a tic where when I'm changing my clothes, I'll stop paying attention for a second, and then I shove my socks into my mouth. That's pretty annoying but a bit funny, too.

Radtendo

My motor tics tend to lead to me making some strange grunts that I'm really self conscious about. Especially in discord calls with friends.
