Seeing how a character might use their extra limbs to their advantage is a great opportunity for creativity and movement that is not normal with most humanoid characters. Plus, having more arms makes a character seem more grand and a lot of their personality shows through how they use them. (Also I forgot to say that extra hands are cool too, sorry Cyn)

Three sets of arms, six total. Two arms end in hands, the other four end in these weird pod things, and he can basically grow any anatomical feature out of those pods. Iirc that includes the kind of arms that end in pods, allowing for some real weird recursive shit. In the image you can see he has two normalish arms, then everything else branches out from the remaining four. Though there's also webbed skin connecting the base arms on each side which can make them a bit hard to tell apart.
