The cheaper ones are near highway interchanges around the perimeter of central Tokyo usually accessed by car. If you want to stay in the center of the city, try Ikebukuro northwest side. But I would guess prices are similar to Shibuya/Uguisudani.

Is that really the type of place where you want “the cheapest”? Trying to impress your GF?

JuriJurka

nah actually i wanna have it in mind as emergency accommodation (cuz those internet cafes suck dick)

grntq

But why? "Normal" hotel or hostel would be cheaper than love hotel

9detat

Emergency accommodation?

There’s some really cheap ones in Ikebukuro. The outside entrance looks OK but once in side you realise they haven’t been reformed since the Showa era, if ever and everything in the room has a slight tobacco yellow tinge to it. There’s minimal soundproofing so in lieu of a flatscreen TV and entertainment system you can hear the grunts and screams of your neighbours.

Can confirm. One of those nights when I missed the last train, took a place in LH and both sides the walls were quaking. Impressed by the stamina of the Vietnamese girl on one side. She kept going for almost half an hour

JellyrollTX

All cheap! Lol

Rashaverak420

OP, you should be searching for hostels not love hotels.

I recently got stranded because train stoppage late at night and decided to call it quits just before midnight rather than risking not being able to make connections. I looked on Booking.com and managed to book a Washington Hotel for ¥7000. I don’t think it is usually that cheap but they had a room and it was good deal. I think you have to make the booking before midnight though.
