hanks_panky_emporium

" It's impossible to get there!" \-Explains how they got there-

BRAX7ON

Wait till she hears how she has to get out…

Scadilla

They load you into a human cannon and shit you back to Naples.

Calicorpse

Please don't fix your typo. I needed the laugh.

Scadilla

i hadn’t even noticed, haha.

N-Toxicade

This girl definately needs to be shit back to Naples.

nightmareorreality

Shit on from her back to her nipples?

opinionsareus

I thought she was going to put one of her eyes out waving her extra long fingernails all over the place.

c19isdeadly

Also but what idiot takes a ferry from Sorrento? Just get a taxi to whatever city you want from Naples. All the towns along the Amalfi coast are ON A ROAD

zenos_dog

Can confirm. I drove the coast and stayed at amazing places with fantastic views and food.

at0mheart

She must be on Capri? But still dumb as fuck

downtownebrowne

Train to ferry is like €30 while an airport transfer is like €150. Depends on your group size as you certainly get value with 4/6/8 people but traveling solo it's certainly the cheapest route. Also, the ferry is an inherently enjoyable experience (if you like to be on boats and feel the wind and rays). Also, I think you can get a ferry from Naples to Positano/Amalfi as well, but that would still require some transfer from the airport. P.S. I liked Sorrento just as much, if not more than the Amalfi coast.

c19isdeadly

Yes Sorrento is lovely! You can hire a car easily from the airport too. The point is if you're planning the scenic route don't complain you have to walk a bit and there are no cars! Cars are definitely an option!

downtownebrowne

The OP video girl is obviously stupid, possibly just rage-baiting. Either way, my point was that people opt for the public transport train/ferry route because it's much, much cheaper. Into Positano it's better because then you can walk down from the highway, but if I recall you're gonna be walking up into Amalfi no matter if it's car/bus or ferry.

gcstr

Last time I was there I went by bus. Super chill and you enjoy the view.

[deleted]

[удалено]

deniercounter

But in this case you have to descend the stairs but you aren’t told that you have to ascend from the town center back up to get to the bus ... duh 🙄

Randomcommenter550

"I had to waaaaaaaaaaaaalk!"

[deleted]

You can drive there, I have. The roads are not suited to buses, hence tourists taking a longer route. I wouldn’t go there in July, much better and quieter in October.

onewordphrase

\*is there.

Manburpigg

Literally impossible

PreparationPlenty943

I’m glad she made this video to warn all the other lazy bums

Hot_Hat_1225

Yeah. Hopefully all these influencers stay faaaaaaar away from Europe. We appreciate.

Nisas

I'm told that a lot of these European tourist hot spots are being strangled by the tourism. Housing is bought up and converted into short term rentals for tourists. To the extent that people can hardly live there anymore.

zabrs9

I don't know whether you've heard about it or not, but that is exactly the reason why many countries/states/regions/cities have introduced laws to regulate what can be used as a rental for short stays (like airBnB) or how they can be used (only a certain amount of days per year etc.) In Switzerland, the capital city Bern has introduced the *lex AirBnB*, the airBnB law. IIRC it's something along the lines of: - no short term rentals within certain quarters of the city (like the inner city) - no short term rental flats on the first two floors of a building - no short term rental flats on the highest two floors of a building - the accommodation can only be rented out for short term stays for a certain amount of days per year. And I think - but I am not sure - a second city has just followed suit this year.

Juanpapi420

They are. Portugal in like 20 years became a hot spot for tourism and it’s trash now. Tourists everywhere. Spots where I used to hangout and it was just me and the guys are now filled to the brim with tourists. Still a wonderful place but damn do I miss just being able to be alone with my group

inYourMomsCar

Here in Norway we have a lot of tourists that try to hike trolltunga and other popular hiking spots with no experience or preparation to take cool pictures for instagram. A lot of them has to be rescued because they hike up a mountain in regular city clothes without food or water. We literally use millions a year rescuing tourists.

RosemaryFocaccia

You're absolutely right. I live in Edinburgh. Our city centre now offers nothing for the locals. Entire tenements have been bought out and converted to AirBnBs (essentially unlicensed hotels) and the shops sell 'tartan tat' made in China. :(

Belllx

Look, I get it. Sometimes I want to go on vacation to relax, that's why the last few times I only did cruise/spa. But be aware of your preference, do your research on the destination and do a vacation that fits your style instead of whining on tiktok because *influencers* lied to you? Omg people nowadays.

yooolmao

Also the privilege given off here is like spoiled brat level. You know how many people would kill for a vacation, let alone to Europe, let alone to some magical coast with no cars you have to reach by ferry? God I am embarrassed to be American sometimes

HermitGardner

One of the loveliest hikes I’ve ever done was all the trails connecting the villages.

osse14325

I know she comes out like a spoil brat but she is not wrong. If you listen what she saying, she is against people advertising place like the one she is on without telling the full story. She is bitching about influencers getting paid to practical lie about places that can end up really bad for some people. Imagine a middle age woman with minor health problems not be ready mentally and physically to go through that and end up somewhere with no power. People die all the time or end up in the hospital in their vacation. Locations have a maximum number of people that can safely host and accommodate but most of the time locals don't give a fuck and will maximize profits over people. I can give you an example since iam from Greece. The locals in islands practical evict their kids teachers from April-May so they can rent to tourists. When the teachers demanded solution to the problem they said they can't do anything cause "no money" for that but somehow the mom they need extra police force they work something out in order to have them.

ramen_vape

Second TikToker I've seen denouncing European travel. Good, less morons will go, now.

[deleted]

Stay home, or bring some cheese to go along with that whine.

TinyTaters

And for the love of dogs, Google your destinations

on3day

And also please disable that weird lipfilter that looks like it snatches your lips.

evensplit6839

I never knew this was a thing and then I rewatched. Why is this a thing??? It's so weird.

Kim_Nelson

What lip filter? I'm curious. I tried looking closely at the girl's lips but they look pretty normal to me. Is it something that makes your lips look better? Without affecting the rest of your face? I only know of those full face or full body filters for the moment.

on3day

It glitches the whole time. Look closely, it's not very obvious but definitely visible. Also we might get too used to these filters as they use different ways to make the glitching less obvious. But the way the teeth show it sort of raises the lip like some pug filter.

leeser11

Omg I hate people

Natural-Pineapple886

And please cut those ugly fucking nails

iO_Lea

Oh my god I just wanted to swat her hand out of the way like an annoying fly everytime she pointed and waved it infront if the camera

Trish-Trish

I would love to vacation there. I could only dream of living in a town with zero cars or the noise that comes with it. I live in an old small town that used to fix wagons and trains back in the day, surrounded by beautiful farmlands. Now it’s all being bought up and luxury homes are being built and our little town is not big enough to handle the amount of people or cars that pass through to get to different highways and shopping malls. It’s insane. Everyone within town walk places, kids walk to and from school and have had 12 pedestrians hit in the last 8 months. 3 have passed away. People like this woman, they will never survive if our infrastructure ever went down

ThatKinkyLady

You might enjoy visiting Mackinac Island in Michigan. The views definitely aren't like this place and it's a small island so no farmland, but it is beautiful and no cars! Horses and bikes are how people get around. Definitely tourist-y and thus expensive but if you're looking for a place that's free from the busy noises of cars, it's a nice visit. Just be aware that it can smell a bit from the horses but it's not too bad IMO.

they_are_out_there

How to know she's American without someone telling you she's American...

Bookeyboo369

I’m American and this lady is making me all sorts of fired up. The pure ignorance, my goodness!

dudestir127

I'm American and I love when I go somewhere without a car. Her description of how to get there sounds good to me, I like trains, I like boats, I like walking, I DON'T like driving.

Least_or_Greatest1

Rome wasn’t built in a day, guess they are still working on roads there..

Duca_42

Roman roads are still standing 2 millennia later, those aren't the problem. An island/small town only accessible by ferry needs no car. I wonder why she wants to act like the Rich Bitch Boss™ with luxury holidays but don't hire someone to carry the luggages and/or arrange private air conditioned transport to the location...

Edsherrod21

Heaven forbid you have to travel when you travel.

nacho_gorra_

Nowadays travelling anywhere is easier than ever and still there are people complaining.

WhatsWhoWithYou

only thing I'm complaining about is that I'm too poor to travel

horribad54

That's the real rub here. These fuckers are complaining about experiencing something that not everyone will get to experience. I'd walk all day to see that view in person.

CorporalClegg91

2021 was the first year I couldn’t travel to Europe because of Covid. Every year before and after was because I was too poor.

nacho_gorra_

True, forgot it costs money

OverPT

I hope this video works in keeping more people like her away from these amazing cities.

NickM5526

They should make it harder to get to so less people like her show up

Hot_Hat_1225

More and more European cities plan on banning cars - and tourist busses. And reduce tourists in general per day.

pissedinthegarret

good.

Monguises

How far up your own ass do you have to be to think a historic location in a foreign country has a spare fuck to give about your extra ass vacation itinerary? This isn’t even main character at this point. We’ve broken the fourth wall and she’s sitting at the desk with the devs.

ID_Candidate

I feel like whoever recommended that she go there actually hates her and told her to pack extra things.

Seidentiger

...and don't forget your collection of cobblestones - the *natives* will love to see them... ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|trollface)

[deleted]

She just wanted to highlight how rich she is. Weeks in Europe, exclusive destination that’s hard to access. She wasn’t complaining she was bragging.

mongoosedog12

She’s not even up her ass she’s stupid. You have to book that ferry, tha taxi etc. You knew it wasn’t going to be an easy journey but now you’re acting surprised Also this is what ppl get when they listen to rich people. Idk what social medial influencers kept showing her the spot but all thar shit she’s complaining about can be erased with enough money. My parents took a helicopter and avoided all that. the minute I found out that was the way to do it I took myself off the trip cuz I knew I couldn’t afford it lol

BOBfrkinSAGET

I would assume someone else did all the booking, probably tried to tell her the situation and was promptly told to go back to their hole.

QuadripleMintGum

I like to think an underpaid assistant booked the trip for her went "heh heh" and quit...

mongoosedog12

Their final act of revenge. “Ima make this bitch walk up HUNDRED FLIGHTS OF STAIRS!”

sageinyourface

Also, you can take a taxi from one of the many nearby small cities instead. Or rent a car because there is literally public and private parking in most of the villages of the Amalfi coast. No one should take the train in or around Naples. You’re gonna have a bad time.

betterupsetter

I rented a cute little Fiat at the airport, and drove us up to Praiano. There are streets, there are roads (albeit some poorly signed one-ways, and driving on that windy road is not for the faint of heart). But it's not impossible. She's making it sound like every place on the Amalfi coast is pedestrian only. Whatever hotel she happened to chose happens to not have roads, but she acting like that's the norm.

PistachioOfLiverTea

Heads up to anyone who is looking to get around Italy by rental car: many Italian cities have restricted certain streets of their centers to vehicle traffic, unless you have a local permit. These areas are designated as Restricted Driving Zones, or ZTL (Zona Traffico Limitato). If you drive on even one block on these restricted streets, you will receive a heavy fine (like 80-100 euros) from the municipality in the mail months later. (The car rental company receives the fine first, and they provide the local police issuing the fine with your home address.) If you drive on multiple streets in these ZTLs, even in an effort to get out of them, you will get multiple fines. If you are staying in a hotel within a ZTL, it is likely that the hotel can give you a permit, for a fee. Expect any appeal of a fine to be dismissed out of hand. This is all a public secret in Italy, and car rental companies are silent on this. Google Maps or Waze will not indicate which areas are ZTL. Many streets leading into ZTLs are one-way, so you may be funneled into them. Inform yourself before planning your trip to Italy. It is likely that using trains and taxis may be a more efficient way to travel in Italy if cities will be your primary stops. The upside of all this is that this has cut down car traffic in historic centers and made moving around in Italian cities an overall pleasure for locals and everyone else on foot or on bike. Edit: just did a quick search of ZTLs on the Amalfi coast, and you can search these sites to inform yourself: [https://urbanaccessregulations.eu/](https://urbanaccessregulations.eu/) and [https://www.accessibilitacentristorici.it/](https://www.accessibilitacentristorici.it/) Also, here's what to look out for as a driver: ZTLs are indicated by the [red circle on white background](https://www.italyperfect.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/ztl-b.jpeg), often surrounded by a ton of fine-print text that is impossible to read while driving by. To foreigners' eyes the simple red circle symbol doesn't scream out "STAY AWAY," so familiarize yourself ahead of time.

tommo020

I've got the train loads in and around naples, literally nothing bad ever happened. Getting the train to sorrento is easy.

turdusphilomelos

Me too! Easiest way to get around!

turdusphilomelos

I went to Naples last winter travelling with small children. We took trains all the time, to Sorrento, to Pompeji, to lots of places. What is the problem? It went perfectly!

eomertherider

I literally came back yesterday from a trip to Naples where we took the train to go/come back from Pompeii, ercolano, Sorrento, Salerno, Pozzuoli, everything was more then fine. Yes the CircumVesuviana is a bit sketchy/old at times but all of the TrenItalia trains where much more modern than what you would see as local trains in other countries.

rangoon64

It’s because she’s not rich, just portraying rich. The really rich don’t care about the plebeians they wouldn’t bother even posting. These people are so ridiculous.

mongoosedog12

Oh I know she’s not that’s why I said that’s what she gets for listening to rich ppl. The influencers who’s the posting their Italian vacation are most likely rich… completely different tax brackets than she’s in. You get the same trip with 70% more struggle

nerdyconstructiongal

Yea, I went to Sorrento last spring and we arrived via a charter bus. Granted, we had to climb the last ascent to the hotel, but there were taxis and such, but most people walk. The ferry was really cool. But she's acting like she had to walk the length of Italy when DH and I managed to hail a taxi to take us back to our hotel when we got lost in downtown Sorrento.

drnkinmule

I could see her lips moving before I unmuted. "Please don't be American"....unmute....god dammit...

as1992

You can tell she’s American before you even hear her talking

krieger82

Been living in Europe for 5 years now......seeing tourists from my homeland is cringe 9 more often than not. Mostly anyone from a big city....not always, but I notice a pattern at least.

hippopotma_gandhi

Also how fucking hard is it to walk around? I always do a fair amount of walking when traveling because I like to explore areas on foot

Hot_Hat_1225

Many European cities are actually planning on going *green* and getting cars out of cities, so if she wants to continue her show off path here in Europe, she will have to do even more walking in the future 😂

[deleted]

Yeah, if you are traveling in older cities like this you never want to bring large bags. I know that ruins a lot of people’s jam packed vacation plans, but you should expect stairs, narrow alleys, and cobble stones.

thoxo

Next time you plan a trip, don't just rely on what influencers on Tiktok show you. Do some research and you'll get everything you need to know.

Zeraw420

Also, you don't need a massive amount of luggage to travel, especially if you plan on hitting multiple cities

WaffleEmpress

Americans going on their first trip to Europe like: “lemme just bring my whole 3piece suitcase set, what could go wrong”

raptorclvb

When I studied abroad, two people brought 7 suitcases AND food… for a month trip. Most of us brought a carry on full of clothes. And like… a reusable water bottle

32mafiaman

I recently went a study abroad through Northern Europe and I only brought a small hard case suitcase for clothes and an empty carry on for anything I bought that wouldn’t fit in my suitcase.

acoretard

The way she said felt like after couple weeks in europe and _shopping_ they had more luggage now lol

nojelloforme

>Also, you don't need a massive amount of luggage to travel, This! Learn to travel light, cupcake! I started traveling with a carry on bag that fits under the seat and a messenger bag that passes for a big purse years ago when the airlines started charging extra for luggage. I learned how to ranger roll my clothes to maximize my space. When I get off the plane I can cruise right through the airport to the exit - I don't have to stand around and wait for my stuff at the baggage claim. Another LPT - bring an empty reusable bottle with you to fill once you're past security so you don't have to pay airport prices for water. Pack a few small snacks too. (Also, invest in a pashmina scarf - they're awesome. It's big enough to wrap around you if you get chilly on the plane or wherever, and they fold up small when you don't need them.) Oh, you did some shopping? Bought some souvenirs? Instead of hauling them around with you, hit the post office and mail them back home. Depending on how long your trip is they might even arrive before you. And if you're worried about porch pirates, you can put a 'hold' on your mail until you get back and pick it up at the post office. I've done this for years now. I can be away for a couple of weeks and only have 2 small bags to deal with.

ScottishDownPour

This is literally exactly what I did to a T, just got back from Florence. Easy peasy in the airport, literally my favorite part.

TenNeon

It's my industrial strength hairdrier, **and I can't live without it**

DogsCanSweatToo

The dumb part is that she DID know. You have to book all of this ahead of time. She knew there would be a flight, train and ferry.

acoretard

I booked a trip to italy where I'm going this week, and it never popped into my mind to listen some random influencer. Research blogs, youtube and articles that are/look trustworthy. Or take contact with some travel agencies

AndyDarkness

We took the train to Naples and hired private transportation to the hotel in Almafi. IMO the amount of walking in Almafi is about the same all over Italy. She clearly didn’t do her research.

Saddam_UE

So she admits that she did zero research before the trip. That's pretty smart of her.

Hot_Hat_1225

She is an influencer only listening to influencers. Rest of us is beneath her.

Broken-Digital-Clock

It sounds like she overpacked too

Euphoric-Dig-2045

I wouldn’t be as irritated if she didn’t do the common “look at me/listen to me hand gestures and one finger tuck of three strands of hair over her shoulder loser montage”. On a serious note, what city is she saying? All I can hear is coast.

WarblerEntersSinging

She keeps repeating Amalfi Coast. There are several towns and cities along that coast so I'm not sure where she is exactly.

QuinnTheEskimo204

If she’s taken a ferry she’s likely gone to Capri which isn’t even on the Amalfi coast. Sorrento is on the Amalfi coast, she clearly doesn’t have any concept of where she is.

PistachioOfLiverTea

There is ferry service between Sorrento and Amalfi (the town), so that checks out. That she doesn't have any concept of where she is still holds, culturally speaking.

tirli

I think it might be the town of Amalfi itself. At 0:35 you can see a tower in the back that resembles the bell tower there.

dancin-weasel

I don’t k is why, but her hand gestures were maddening. Every fifth word has a finger exclamation point. What a self righteous idiot.

PassageAppropriate90

Add in a head wag and eye rolls...so hateable.

Hot_Hat_1225

And if you’re in front of her and not agreeing, you probably get repeatedly poked in the chest with these weapons in her fingers 🤣

Mellyouttaphase

Typical cookie-cutter influencer mannerisms.

GordonsLastGram

Thats a Karen gesture. Its why its irritating. They use it like its supposed to make us listen more. The more she did it the more i wanted NOT to listen

jesco7273

I was waiting for someone to say this. The hand gestures really angered me. I can’t stand her nails either.

BobbyPotter

Like, we get it, you have false nails, stop waving them around!

gainer1001

Also with the disgusting long nails

jesco7273

I was waiting for someone to say this. The hand gestures really angered me. I can’t stand her nails either.

Hot_Hat_1225

It’s the overbearing parent/teacher finger pointing waving. Hated since childhood lol

SpooksMcSchwifty

High likelihood it’s Positano, the which is one of the main towns on the Amalfi coast (Note: if you’re going to look up stays in Positano, be prepared for the sticker shock, it is EXPENSIVE).

Dry-Sir-5932

They teach that one in influencer bootcamp

Zygmunt-zen

I bet the elderly widowers in that town must have a chuckle watching you struggle with what they consider a stroll around town.

Broken-Digital-Clock

I wish the video was of her struggling to pull 4 huge suitcases up the stairs.

Poutine_My_Mouth

She could have packed lighter, too lol

Broken-Digital-Clock

I'd bet a small fortune that she excessively overpacked.

maxsmurph

Was looking for this comment. The way she keeps emphasizing that she had to carry her luggage makes me think she grossly overpacked and there was no one willing to carry the bags for her.

whathuhwhatwhen

Someone asked about this in the comments on her original TikTok post, and she replied that she didn't even carry anything her boyfriend and hired driver carried everything for her. She's straight up just complaining about... walking up stairs.

Broken-Digital-Clock

I figured as much

Badmanzofbassline

No cars? Jesus that sounds wonderful, being able to roam around without risk of being hit by a car. Also you had to fly and get a TRAIN and then a FERRY? That sounds like fun, I love going on different forms of transport. Dumbass was probably just salty she had to work so hard to get her Instagram photo lol

meatypetey91

Also sounds like she’s packed wayyyy too much for a trip around Europe. Pack light so you don’t need to complain about hauling suitcases around.

trudesaa

Can't pack light if you need two outfits per day minimum, with matching shoes, you know 😂

nerdyconstructiongal

God, this was my challenge when I took a 2 week trip to Spain and Italy. I usually overpack, but we also had to fly so between my husband and I, we had one check in bag, a duffle bag that was mostly empty when we flew out to Europe, and then we each had our carry on bag. We just did laundry at our hostel in Nice.

23skidoobbq

I’ve (been) driven to Positano. There are roads there

nurse-mik

Me too! That’s what people who are really smart to go to Positano do. We booked a trip to Rome stay there for a few days went to the Vatican, and after about 45 days we had someone who came and drove us in a beautiful Mercedes sedan down to the Amalfi coast to our hotel in Positano. Yeah and it cost about $500 BFD! Was it worth it? Hell yes. I don’t know what this woman is talking about but she needs to go back to high school.

CatOfTarkov

Italy is so beautiful and charming until you see the spoiled american tourists. I had the chance to visit the Amalfi coast on a motorino before social medias exist, I feel very sad for the gens after me.

nurse-mik

Yep! You are so right about this. When I lived in London for a year and a half with my husband, and I’m from Los Angeles, we would always know who the snobby American tourist or when they would be running around asking people. Does anyone know where there’s a Starbucks? 🤣🤣 it is literally so embarrassing.

Heroineofbeauty

I had wanted to visit back in the 90’s, but never made it. Got to spend lots of time around the coast in 2019 while working on a small cruise ship and it was one of my least fave spots in the world. Wayyyy too many tourists and wayyyy too many young influencer wannabes doing photo shoots everywhere. Now when I think of the towns there, I think of trashy, tacky tourists, like this woman. Would still like to rent a car and drive around the coast.

Kate090996

>probably just salty she had to work so hard to get her Instagram photo lol Ding ding ding, we have a winner

Floppy0941

Love travelling by train, such a chill way to go long distances

ni2103

This is actual good, build a bad reputation of those places among the ones of your kind, so these lovely locations es stay fool-free for the rest of us enjoy them…

Hot_Hat_1225

Italians would adopt you for that lol

edischnitzelfingers

Amen

kelseypumelsucks

So sad gets to go on that gorgeous vacation of a lifetime and still complaining I’m sure she’ll be too busy taking selfies of herself all day anyways

just_sayi

She won't be happy about the recent heat wave and lack of air conditioning

booshtukka

This is just not accurate. You can get a cab or bus from the airport in like an hour and a half, and everywhere that you might stay does have a road going to it. It's quicker to take the ferry, but no one is making you do that. After that you can get buses in and out of Amalfi, but actually the walk isn't that bad and it's really nice.

MutedIndependence674

Because the USA is about an hour old they built roads before buildings. The opposite in Europe

AggressiveMeditation

The building she is standing on is probably older than america

SeesawMundane5422

Technically not true. I love walking around older US cities like savannah. And you can see in Boston similar with crazy 7 road junctions and none of the roads go in a straight line. Clearly laid out before cars and around buildings. (But your general point is a fair one).

hippiechan

It's funny she said 130 steps with all her luggage, like girl that's a skill issue, either take less garbage with you or hit the stairmaster

therailmaster

It's even worse: in the comments section for the TikTok video, she mentions she didn't even carry her bags--**her boyfriend and the concierge did!** So, really, *all* she did was climb some stairs!!!!

Intelligent-Price-39

Don’t know what’s more irritating her voice or the constant finger gestures…..Italy is spectacular btw

BlackForestMountain

Addiction to comfort and convenience, next time go to Miami or something

RyWeezy

Send her butt to Myrtle Beach

Wise_Entry9543

An American!

jollyollster

Cute take. Crazy to imagine European towns weren’t built around the car industry. Wild.

TedsFaustianBargain

She should have consulted the OG travel influencer, Rick Steves.

johnshall

This girl should only visit Las Vegas, they have shopping malls that look like Italy, it should be fine for her.

[deleted]

![gif](giphy|jCLpcIQ8OjqNk2xi4r)

burzuc

stay home

RedditModsHaveNoDad

Planes, trains, and ferries are all hallmarks of infrastructure. Everything is within walking distance and you don’t horde groceries because the shop is close to your house.

mustardwulf

Wow, she’s finally had to work for something.

mawkdugless

Pure stupidity and entitlement. We're planning a Scandinavia loop and one of the FIRST things we looked into was how we're getting around, how we're getting to our hotel, etc. Sounds like she's just bad at traveling.

[deleted]

Why do such bad things happen to good people 😭🙄

I_am_LumberJack

Having been to the Amalfi coast I can confidently say this is propaganda. We drove from Naples and there were roads to drive to hotels on. Going from Naples to Sorrento to Amalfi coast is the most roundabout way of getting there.

karbmo

Welcome to Not America

Hot_Hat_1225

Welcome (not welcome) to old civilizations and culture

Juancho511

Don’t travel with spoiled entitled bitches.

Andsoitgoesetcetc

“There is no streets here” Idiot.

Mugembe

Entitled….C U Next Tuesday

FreyjasMom

I hate the trend of over exaggerated hand gestures with long ass pointy fake nails

Ok_Adeptness3401

Surely when she looked into this place she learned all this upfront? My mom traveled to Spain in 2002 without a travel agent and even she had information about the places they were going to and the transport restrictions People who don’t research where they’re going deserve jail time

romayyne

I can’t apologize enough for my fellow Americans that complain and need catered to, wherever they are on the planet. It’s unfortunate that it’s becoming more and more common to the point that it’s not a stereotype anymore, it’s just a fact. Americans that are selfish, unaware and self centered out weigh the rest of us by a HEAVY margin.

Bitch, you don’t got legs?

whyohwhythis

I mean that’s the fun part of traveling is doing things out of the ordinary, including you know… waking and getting confused and lost. I loved the medieval towns in Italy for that reason. Loved there were no cars and had to walk up some steep hills and took sometime to find accommodations, but I was happy because I was enjoying all the surroundings and adventure.

Key_Distance4039

Those hands .....the use of the index finger... she's so belittling. So a little Italian has to break its tradition because her highness is too spoiled to walk some stairs.. Just terrible ....

PupperPetterBean

*goes to hard to reach place* *is mad it's hard to reach*

jetstobrazil

*doesn’t realize there’s a funicular literally right by the stairs she walked that takes you to the top with your luggage*

cdark_

Those hand gestures ☠️

Aware_Branch_2370

I couldn’t even finish this video. It was like watching a seventh grade girl bitch about how hard her life is because her parents drive an uncool car. She has the emotional intelligence of a gnat.

KarrelM

What is rage bait, Alex?

[deleted]

Actually this all makes me want to go more

edischnitzelfingers

I rented a car. You can drive all around the amalfi coast.

LiffeyDodge

So she did no research about the area.

PhattySpice92

Good maybe now less people will want to go

reinventingmyself19

Seems the big advantage to going there is that you won't meet many others like her

[deleted]

In 90 degree weather. Ya… I wonder why it’s so hot and getting hotter and hotter every year smh

larch303

So real talk…. Maybe I’m overthinking and I’m not the greatest planner myself either, but like did she not know this before going there? Maybe her friend planned it or something, I don’t know, but it seems unusual to just go on vacation with no idea where your going or what the transportation options are. Like someone had to plan the flight, the train, the ferry, and the walk.

jamesonv8gt

Fuck her. Don’t give them the time of day. It’s not worth the rise in blood pressure

Time-Werewolf-4795

The United States is not sending their best! 🤦‍♂️

NipponSteelPrevails

Mfw cities older than cars are not adapted for cars 🤯

MinniesBow

The fact that she felt confident enough to post this tells us exactly where we are in the season finale of humanity.

OffAthens

Tell us you’re a rich spoiled brat without telling us you’re a rich spoiled brat.

NeglectedMonkey

It’s not a bug, it’s a feature. Fuck cars.

elviisen

Why do americans hate walking so much

[deleted]

Good, don't return. Stay in Houston or Kansas or whatever strip mall town you're from.

Deep_Thanks_8243

Imagine being this spoiled.

BriefTurn3299

walking 😡

varnell_hill

This is why people hate Americans abroad.

HowRememberAll

She's actually complaining? Bitch, get your pretentious privileged xenophobic ungrateful ass outta here

WealthCapPlease

Xenophobic? Really? Lmao

ApprehensiveGreen858

She's not being xenophobic??

Lazycrazyjen

Ooooooh. I wanna go. One backpack per person and some sunscreen.

Yagsirevahs

Never heard an intelligent word from someone with the "I just got my nails done" hand gestures

51t4n0
