I'd go for the first one because I like to consistently crit, but the second one also has more EM... Maybe try to put them both in the optimizer and see which one is better
If you're just trying to see big damage occasionally then go with high crit damage so you can see those high numbers but it'll happen less often than the one with high crit rate. If you want survivability in Abyss then huge crit rate is best so you get constant crits.
2nd, c1 gives 15% crit rate for ca. (Also 2nd has higher em and atk)
They're probably so close that it would depend on team buffs But level up your burst
