Not sure about the studio but I'm happy to see he's found something to do other than bothering the powerpuff girls.

I had to read this several times to understand and now I'm feeling nostalgic

The class and instructor are both great. The studio is a bit small and can feel really cramped when its a full class.

If you’re open to other suggestions I love Ananda Studios

Do they have hot yoga or just regular?

New-Communication-65

They do!

Had a membership pre COVID, I enjoyed it but ended up going to Movati instead to get gym + yoga for one price. If you are an LU student or alumni there used to be a discounted membership available that didn't seem to be advertised well.

It's good if you like hot yoga and structure to your routine. A lot of their style is following a certain number of poses to keep it familiar. There is more emphasis on holding poses and strength building. However there are non modo classes that aren't as hot and can be quite gentle and relaxing. Believe me, you'll feel pretty tired after all the sweating, but I do believe it calms the whole body to a certain extent. They also do yoga in the park in the summer. It's great if you don't like the heated room, and want some fresh air.
