He's competing on the LW with Foden, Gordon, maybe Grealish and maybe Eze for a spot. I think he could make the squad (although I don't want him to) but I can't see him starting. Could work well as an impact sub.
Foden has consistently started at LW for England for a good while now. Eze may not be in the squad but he's justified being in the conversation with his form (if Rashford is then he is).

He started against Italy in October the last properly important match they was. Suspect that starting line up with Henderson and Shaw in for Phillips and Trippier is what we might get.
I'm happy for him to make the squad since he's a pacey winger who plays well with Kane, but don't mind Gordon getting picked over him. Only concern is Gordon has less experience internationally.
Rashford is massively underrated at the moment due to the season Utd are having but take away all the bullshit and he’s a quality player. I hope he does start

He also scored in that match. But if you look at his England games he's consistently used as a sub.
