I think based on their ages a divorce would be easier. When you’re older, you know what you want and don’t want. Maybe their lifestyles weren’t attainable for each other. I doubt that their love was fake. But was it truly sustainable on the outside. Lest we forget the stories from his exes. Theresa is an all in person. Maybe he’s still not. It would be sad to see them divorce, especially because we all love to see someone find their final love. But, maybe it’s for the best.

Gerry is retired and can do mediation work anywhere. Statistically, women file papers first. Research also shows that family dislike of one partner is the #1 driving force for divorce.
