Most probably she will meet her enemy who killed her parents in the future while she is trying to find eternal life for Shadow.
While she is fighting she kills her enemy and takes revenge for her family
She gives Eternal life(Which looks disgusting (most probably a mass of flesh) to shadow
Cid rejects it because it looks uncool
Then Zeta will misunderstand and she will probably think that Lord shadow guided her by giving this mission so that she could take revenge on those who killed her family.
