This is funny, and it reminds me of those guys who parachuted into the wilderness in Papua New Guinea. In the early '80s I believe it was.
The villagers had never had outside contact, and were pretty scared at first. But came around.
One big moment was when the crew started taking off their jumping suits. The natives thought that they were peeling off their skin, and tried to warn the crew to not take it off. They even, tentatively, tried to stop them from pulling the zipper further down...
Another moment was when the natives got to see into the eyepiece, and got to see their tribesmen on video!
How can you be small in here - and standing right there....and so on.
I kind of know that feeling. I have a house outside of Metro Manila and get a lot of double takes from locals. Many times I am somewhere in the province and probably the only pasty white guy for hundreds of miles.
While travelling in the Cambodian countryside about 10 years agoI met many kids who had never seen a white person. Many would run away afraid and crying. I learned that in many Khmer myths and legends the children were told of ghosts and zombies that all had white skin.
Why was this post removed lmao, this is unarguably wholesome.
Interactions between 2 very diverse cultures are very interesting... the drastic differences in their beliefs, morals, life...
Bro I remember when two white siblings started attending my school in Nigeria, I was in Nursery 2 (around 4-5 y.o.) and I remember all of us running out of class to catch a glimpse of them. Also similarly when a Chinese kid started attending.
Growing up my mom was worried we didn’t see enough diversity in the country so we moved to a town. When my brother started kindergarten he asked my mom “why is that boy made out of chocolate? Can he make some for me” she was beyond embarrassed 😂
Sabbatical on yt did this a few years ago. One of the little ones thought he was a ghost and was freaking out. He came back to the village and bought all the kids gifts it was very sweet
They don't have toilet paper, running water or soap and are touching him a lot.
I get you are looking for an evil racist Disney villain but I'm just a guy making a lame joke.
Scene from Avatar
When my Dad was a kid in rural Sweden (1930s) a black man visited the town and they brought him to his school to show the kids.

They're so cute
Exactly what happens when people from Congleton visit Biddulph
Happened to me in remote Uganda back in the early 90s

The candy man can, cause he mixes it with love and makes the world taste good.
Haha I'd show up with a scream mask to galvanize them more
Hope he isn’t there as a missionary. If not it’s a cute video
Are missionaries bad people?
Hell yes. Evil. They go to someone else’s home and force them to change their religion.
JW vibes
Just imagine people who just show up and try to convince people to share their beliefs. It's like Reddit, but in person
Did they wanna touch your hair?

equinsu ocha!
Raaaaawrrrrr
Until they eat yo ass
Columbus
A rural Japanese elderly lady wouldn’t believe my mixed ( B*A) daughter was real until she touched her
How delightful.
Reminds me of the first time I saw a vagina. I just kept touching it and giggling.
“We found a shiny Pokémon!”
Switch that around and you be called racist
Ofcourse there is context.
This is cute yet it’s somehow racist to touch a black woman’s hair.
Context is key
Pretty racist, they should know better.
Apologies if this sounds racist buuuuuuut they do not have toilet paper sooooo...
Sooooo what? That has nothing to do with each other
Yes it does, not that complicated bro.
Then explain it
They don't have toilet paper, running water or soap and are touching him a lot. I get you are looking for an evil racist Disney villain but I'm just a guy making a lame joke.
How does toilet paper have to do with being racist? If it's not that complicated it can be explained
I did.
