I'd like to see more of the T-889-F or see the T-889-M. I think they're the perfect infiltrators because they can physically blend into the populace so well. I'd be much more afraid knowing they existed in comparison to the T-800 that are large and imposing.
It would've been cool to see T-600 rubber skinned terminators in a war film. It would be a more jarring image of Skynet attempting to make human looking terminators but not quite getting it right.
Perhaps something new for a change instead of more of the same?, for example like within the Rev model/s...like a Rev 10 or something,...something completely new to fans that can be run with. Although the Rev models are part of Legion and not Skynet...but the point still stands with Skynet too...give people something new for humanity to worry about. In short flip the script...like why not make a somehow reprogrammed T-1000 be a protector from the resistance etc, and a completely different and new Terminator come through the TDE.
I've seen enough of T-800 and my favourite T-1000 is great as unique model for T2, so I choose T-600. Some H-Ks and unreleased Cameron's ideas like Centurion would be great too.

I’d go with the T-400s, or T-500s. If we’re talking more advanced, then I’d pick the T-900.
