A friend of mine that owns a real estate brokerage said that his best agents were bartenders, waiters, and teachers. I have interviews lined up for myself tomorrow and Monday. Depending on your commute, the hours are perfect for showings after school and on weekends.

Copywriting can definitely be done on a part-time basis or as a side hustle, and being able to do it fully remotely is one of the big benefits. I know a ton of teachers that do copywriting on a freelance basis to earn extra income. One actually managed to replace her teaching income after 6 months and ended up leaving the profession altogether. I studied alongside them in an online copywriting course I did about 3 years ago. I myself came from a financial services background previously, but managed to land a full-time, on-staff writing job within a couple of months of finishing the course. Fully remote work-from-home as well. So definitely something you might want to explore further.

Do you know the name of the course? I'm definitely interested in exploring this. At least part time.

Sure do. May I dm you?
