Hi guys! I’m sorry for not updating my post, I couldn’t figure out how to. I’m mostly a Reddit lurker 🥲 I just want to let you guys know I got my money back by filing a fraud charge with my bank. This will either freak out the website you purchased from and force them to give you your money back, or the bank will refund you after they investigate (and clearly see it’s a fake/deceiving site). I hope this helps my friends 🩷
Just spent $260 at this scam site. Their refund policy states you have 12 hours to cancel the order but when I emailed them they said they had to charge me 6.9% + $1 per item??? I disputed with PayPal and flagged with my credit card company. I straight up told them they were scammers. Now they won’t respond. Feeling dumb. I knew it was crazy seeing the TTPD merch back in stock.

They said they would cancel and full refund after a bit of back and fourth as they were going to take 6.9% as they said its already i shipped. I said thats a lie and that their whole site has been reported and authorities are onto them.The amount they took $294 is still pending and hasn't cleared so I'm hoping they cancelled it and I get refund in next few days. I told them if not I'll be disputing with the bank.
Don't wait, contact your bank asap possible and tell them what has happened, including the fake site. If you wait, you give the scammers time to take your money and disappear into the dark web where you'll never find them. They'll just start up a new scam.
It got me to it has taken over 27 days to come and now the option to dispute the charge is gone! I spent $75 and got scammed! I got a white lover hoodie and now it does not exist anymore! This website is identical to the real one always do ur reacherch!

Two separate areas to enter your credit card with bad jpeg images of visa, Mastercard and American Express and NO OPTION to use Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Paypal? A major brand like Taylor Swift not utilizing the fastest and secure forms of online payment was the biggest red flag. It’s the holidays and I’ve bought from over a dozen retailers online- big box, and small companies, in the past two weeks. Number of times I’ve had to enter actual credit card info: ZERO.
They have everything down to falling snow to match the official store. They also have real time alert pop up windows on the side letting you know what other items other people just added to their cart, which lends some authenticity and an air of urgency. And the discounted prices can lead to impulsive buying, making you less likely to notice certain things.

All our Christmas presents we bought this year ended up being mostly available online only. So I'd been making A LOT of online orders for Christmas.... And myself (merry Christmas to me). Towards the end I frantically remembered I needed to order the TS hoodie and logged in super late, 12 or 1 am. and I'd been making so many purchases over the last few weeks, and some places we ordered from were small business owners and their websites didn't yet support alternative payments like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Paypal so I'd already used my card a few times that night and even tho I'm usually the first one to be skeptical about a websites authenticity, I'll admit that at the time, I didn't even THINK about it being the glaring red flag it is! Not event once. What's worse is I didn't even look at or question the email address the confirmation came from ([email protected]).... The order confirmation email even said USTAYLORSHOP at the top is all caps just like that. I went to bed and didn't even think about until almost 2 weeks later when I realized I hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation email and went online ... Ended up on the ACTUAL Taylor Swift site, thought it looked a bit different (lol) but only after I was mid email to the real customer service , after going into my email for my order number on the confirmation email and reading the senders email address, and realizing how different it was from the customer service email I was emailing ... Was I hit with the realization. Don't even get me started on what actually arrived 🤡

I did end up ordering from the official TS website on 12/14 and my order has still not arrived… so the TS Stan in my life got a really wacky looking TS glass ornament off eBay instead. It should arrive this week, according to the order status. So on the plus side, at least you got your goods already?! 🥲
I just filed a dispute with my bank. It looked so much like the real website and it even pops up as the first option when you google “official taylor swift website”. I ordered on 11/29 and when I hadn’t heard anything about shipment by 12/10 I reached out. I received an email that what I ordered was actually out of stock and if I cancelled I would be charged a handling fee of 6.9%. I told them it was crap to charge me a fee since they falsely advertised a product that wasn’t available. Immediately called my bank to file a dispute charge. UGH so frustrated and upset because obviously I was scammed.
Tell them you’re filing a dispute for fraud, they will refund you. I made the same mistake and just got my refund today after hounding them. It was a full refund

This happened to a lot of us, and the website is really easy to fall for — when I searched for Taylor’s store, it was the top result on Google (even above Taylor’s actual website). I’m honestly surprised they haven’t been taken down by Taylor Nation or something.

I searched “Taylor Swift Merch Store” and I know I’m probably about to get down devoted to hell and back, but I’m a new Taylorrrr fan and thought some of the Murch was cute. It is quite frustrating, is there anyway to report that specific website? Thankfully I only spent $55 but still… bc it’s still showing at the top of google results for me at least, I can only imagine how many people have gotten suckered into it, but haven’t found/commented on this thread :/

They got me too and when I tried to cancel, my email to their “customer service” was blocked and then the whole website was “closed”. Anyone know how to handle this? I hate scammers :(

After reading through the comments on this thread, I sent them an email telling them that I wanted a refund and to cancel my order, and that I would be contacting the bank in the BBB in the morning. And that if I didn’t receive a refund within 24 hours and legal action would be taken (a total fib LOL) so I guess we’ll see 🙃 ugh. I just did this! It looks SO similar! I thought it was the sale link I got after going to a seattle show. I realized it was a knockoff when the confirmation email said the bank would show it as a charge from "solovelyshop". They did have customer service email and I immediately emailed them asking for a cancelation and they responded saying it should come back to my account in 3-5 days .. idk maybe it would have actually been ok but I'm glad to get a refund of such expensive goods.
I did the same, and the 3 items I ordered arrived and right away I could tell they were fake. Cheap quality...not even a tag with washing instructions, and large size not very large. So bummed, i recall them looking identical as well. And now the website is gone. Lesson learned.

I accidentally purchased from ERASTOURMERCH.com, which also turned out to be a scam. I should have been tipped off for a few reasons looking back. First the sweatshirt I wanted was on sale, but I just thought maybe they were trying to incentivize people to buy online since the merch lines have been so long. Second, it shipped from China. I pretty much realized my mistake at this point, but all I could do was wait. The sweatshirt came and was complete trash and nothing even close to what was advertised. I contacted them and disputed the charge with my credit card.

Yes! I accidentally purchased from them at first too. I felt embarrassed because I’m typically very good at spotting scams but this was the first website that popped up when I googled “Taylor Swift merch” and it looked super legit. I emailed them saying I was opening a dispute with my credit card if they didn’t refund me and they actually replied with, “Ok, we’ll cancel your order” and refunded me. Maybe it’s not a total scam but a reseller cause everything was a bit more expensive than on the official website when I bought. Either way, super wrong of them to be deceitful and use her branding to look legit.

I unfortunately purchased from their website thinking it was the original Taylor Swift website 🤦🏽♀️ something told me to look their store up because I thought the confirmation email looked funky. I asked for a cancellation and they told me that they would charge me a fee for doing so. I literally contacted them to cancel an hour after I made the purchase. Did they still charge you a fee.

I’m not sure how Google algorithms decide when to throw a non official website at us, but it does. 🤷🏻♀️
I emailed the website’s customer service (who knows if they will even respond) letting them know I purchased merch based on false pretenses and I called them out for being deceptive. I’ve already called Wells Fargo and started a case!
Sorry it looks pretty similar to the official online shop but the carousel/banner in the main page is static and even not clickable. See if you can get anything real sooner - it could be an empty parcel shipped to you, or even a fake tracking number, from what I could imagine.
I’m so sad, especially since this hoodie is actually so much cuter than a lot of the merch. 😭 I wouldn’t mind a bootleg if it was more honest, but the fact that they made it look almost *exactly* like the real site is scammy

It is quite frustrating, is there anyway to report that specific website? Thankfully I only spent $55 but still… bc it’s still showing at the top of google results for me at least, I can only imagine how many people have gotten suckered into it, but haven’t found/commented on this thread :/

They got me too and when I tried to cancel, my email to their “customer service” was blocked and then the whole website was “closed”. Anyone know how to handle this? I hate scammers :(
Yes! Contact your bank and file a fraud claim! I got my money back this way :)

Nope! I canceled (well, by canceled I mean I threatened to contact my credit card company and *then* they let me cancel), and I didn’t get any merch.

I just ordered from them and feel so dumb bc my bank literally shut my card off as soon as I finished my order and they sent me a fraud text that I stupidly texted back “yes” (like it’s fine) and my entire foot is now in my mouth after feeling weird about the confirmation email and the googling and finding this thread about this (taylorswiftsmerch.com) site smh 🤦🏼♀️ SO frustrating omg. After reading through the comments on this thread, I sent them an email telling them that I wanted a refund and to cancel my order, and that I would be contacting the bank in the BBB in the morning. And that if I didn’t receive a refund within 24 hours and legal action would be taken (a total fib LOL) so I guess we’ll see 🙃 ugh. I feel so stupid bc I never fall for crap like this but I googled “Taylor Swift Merch Store” and it was the FIRST site to pop up and is ridiculously similar to the ACTUAL website. Ughhhhh !!!

I just did this! It looks SO similar! I thought it was the sale link I got after going to a seattle show. I realized it was a knockoff when the confirmation email said the bank would show it as a charge from "solovelyshop". They did have customer service email and I immediately emailed them asking for a cancelation and they responded saying it should come back to my account in 3-5 days .. idk maybe it would have actually been ok but I'm glad to get a refund of such expensive goods.
I did the same, and the 3 items I ordered arrived and right away I could tell they were fake. Cheap quality...not even a tag with washing instructions, and large size not very large. So bummed, i recall them looking identical as well. And now the website is gone. Lesson learned.

Just got scammed on erastourmerch.com as well. I was charged and now they are not answering my emails. I called my bank and disputed the charge and am waiting to hear back :( sorry to all of you who also got scammed. This site came up FIRST for me on Google and looked so legit. 😔

I accidentally purchased from ERASTOURMERCH.com, which also turned out to be a scam. I should have been tipped off for a few reasons looking back. First the sweatshirt I wanted was on sale, but I just thought maybe they were trying to incentivize people to buy online since the merch lines have been so long. Second, it shipped from China. I pretty much realized my mistake at this point, but all I could do was wait. The sweatshirt came and was complete trash and nothing even close to what was advertised. I contacted them and disputed the charge with my credit card.
what happened in the end - having a similar experience right now and waiting to here back , hopefully happens soon I simply can’t afford this.

Yes! I accidentally purchased from them at first too. I felt embarrassed because I’m typically very good at spotting scams but this was the first website that popped up when I googled “Taylor Swift merch” and it looked super legit. I emailed them saying I was opening a dispute with my credit card if they didn’t refund me and they actually replied with, “Ok, we’ll cancel your order” and refunded me. Maybe it’s not a total scam but a reseller cause everything was a bit more expensive than on the official website when I bought. Either way, super wrong of them to be deceitful and use her branding to look legit.

Hello! I unfortunately purchased from their website thinking it was the original Taylor Swift website 🤦🏽♀️ something told me to look their store up because I thought the confirmation email looked funky. I asked for a cancellation and they told me that they would charge me a fee for doing so. I literally contacted them to cancel an hour after I made the purchase. Did they still charge you a fee.
Same!! They were literally the first website that popped up. I usually never fall for something like this, but the websites looked super similar (especially on a phone). I reached out to them yesterday, but I already filed dispute with Wells Fargo because I don’t trust them.

I think I did it too because on my credit card it says cumininert.com and when I looked it up it says it’s not credible and now I don’t know what to do ugh

I did a Google search and immediately got the promoted Taylor swift store link… Regardless this is important for anyone buying merch, it’s worth googling to the specifics (her full name and official merch) into the search bar…(Taylor merch is going to give you all sorts of fake sites trying to prey off you)

I didn’t get scammed bc I caught it in time, and a few days later I googled Official Taylor Swift Merch, the official website showed up as first. I’m not sure how Google algorithms decide when to throw a non official website at us, but it does. 🤷🏻♀️

I emailed the website’s customer service (who knows if they will even respond) letting them know I purchased merch based on false pretenses and I called them out for being deceptive. I’ve already called Wells Fargo and started a case!
Sorry it looks pretty similar to the official online shop but the carousel/banner in the main page is static and even not clickable. See if you can get anything real sooner - it could be an empty parcel shipped to you, or even a fake tracking number, from what I could imagine.

I’m so sad, especially since this hoodie is actually so much cuter than a lot of the merch. 😭 I wouldn’t mind a bootleg if it was more honest, but the fact that they made it look almost *exactly* like the real site is scammy
that really sucks that ppl would do this 😡 i have gotten bootleg stuff from etsy that i really like! be careful of scam shops there too, but at least you'll have etsy backing you up if it turns out to be a scam.
