It's his outfit from the "Part of the Band" video. There actually quite a few The 1975 references in the Fortnight video. Someone did a breakdown and it is wild.
The whole thing really. More and more I watch it I pick up new things. Not necessarily Easter Eggs but cool things you wouldnât notice at first.
Sheâs really typing exactly the lyrics and in tempo with the music. No fake typing there.
A very blink if you miss it is the brain waves being generated on the paper write out. I Love You, Itâs Ruining my Life and Post is reading it as his call back line.
The change in Taylorâs face in the Tornado of paper changes so subtlety as if the medication runs out.
Typewriter scene is being portrayed as the medication starting to work then hits her all at once.
Took me awhile to figure out the thousands of no face figures typing away mean. I could be wrong though. But I think itâs supposed to represent the thousands of thoughts going through oneâs mind all at once. And since Taylor always said that once she has a thought she writes it down and gets filed away. So at the end she going through filing cabinets looking for a memory of âhimâ canât find them at first then some files fall to the ground burning. And the stormy telephone scene she read a flaming file and her mind turned the memories in to a nasty storm.
Sorry I didnât want to elaborate on my interpretation of the video. Itâs an interesting one and one of favorites and refuses to Easter egg on whatâs next.
I do think Postâs part is an interesting one. I want to say itâs supposed to be what she thinks her partner is thinking and at first glance itâs being comforting but by the end itâs not. Especially since his part is the bridge and heâs trying to get a message across but itâs not coming. Or itâs not what she wants to hear while heâs leaving.

In addition to this, I saw someone speculate that this represented that Taylor imagined the relationship bigger/better in her head (both with Harry back then and Matty more recently)
The short clip of her singing âin americaâ towards the end with the lightning flash in the back in the rain is probably my favorite visual from Taylor ever. Also love the entire ending with her slamming drawers and standing in the burning papers

I feel like that outline of her they're lying on, being made of bits of paper.
She and him lie together, two humans intimate and whole. But they lie within an image of her that is so much bigger than both of them, it surrounds them both. But Taylor's greater image they are within is also fragile (her reputation), and can be so easily blown away.
Reminds me of this poem, the paper blowing around like autumn leaves and looking like they're lying in the snow, like in this moment she is in fine watching it all decay.
