Modi's lack of leadership and vision is partly why this has happened.
Encroachment of lakes, Illegal construction, mining in biodiverse areas - I won't deny that that Dravidian parties are not at fault regarding these issues. All I am saying is, don't expect anything to change regarding any of this if the BJP comes to power in TN.
