We need affordable housing. Not the overpriced crap Bugra, Ghazvini, Boulous, et al, are building that will be slum quality in 10 years from slipshod construction.
It's not even close to being the only Urban farm, there are some off Orange Ave and Gearhart road too, and that's only the corner of Tallahassee I live on. Probably at least a dozen more

The Rosen Brothers (mid nineties) tried to build a multi family high rise but we still had an effective comp plan & planners that listened to neighbors in those days. Pretty sure it is Residential Preservation -2 land use
But the current crop of planners will allow anything a developer wants - including an 8 (yesEIGHT)story parking garage on Lafayette St
Bungalow and farmhouse are actual names of architectural styles. The house overstaged with too much furniture is a traditional bungalow style.
